Hotel in zona MCM HAUS(Seoul flagship store), Seoul

I stayed here for 8 days. The reception staff were helpful and polite when we checked in, the lift's very fast. The room appeared clean and had good amenities, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, coffee machine, large bed, we loved the TV above the bath, kido loved the heated toilet. It looks clean, clean bed sheets, then I slide the bathroom door closed and it's pretty dusty. No problem, I grab a tissue and wipe it down, I have a dust allergy. We lost something in between getting out of the cab and sitting down in the room so I try to find it, I look under the bed, it's really dusty and also has rubbish from previous occupants. We could hear the traffic outside but it's a busy road and it's understandable, we didn't find it annoying. There are strict check in and check out times and they won't charge you extra if you stick to these, they need time to clean the room and get it ready (they do need to slide the bathroom doors and clean these though, and under the beds too). I had a shower the next day, the waterfall shower's not easy to use and there's no instructions, but there's a handheld shower head attached to the wall. Great, I thought, that will help, It would have helped, but there's no seal around the bottom of the shower door and there's a gap, and the shower head faced the shower door. 30 minutes later I magage to clean the large amount of water in the bathroom and around the toilet up using towels, and I pop downstairs to let them know there's a problem with their shower. They sent someone up right away, I explained the issue, the shower door is missing a seal, he says 'I can't sort that' and walks out. No more showers then. We get back from a walk at around 8pm, and there's a very high pitched whistle coming from the ceiling in our room. I check the lights, the air conditioning and it whistles for about 30 minutes so I pop to the reception desk and let them know. Someone comes up right away and lets us know it's a valve in the bathroom ceiling, there's a hatch, he opens it up, and it stops. Yay! 5 minutes later... yup, it's back. He comes back and adjusts the valve once again. It stops. 5 minutes later... yup. Then it stops. Until the following evening. I let reception know it's still happening, they send someone out, again, it stops, again, and starts, again a few minutes later. It stops and starts throughout the night, midnight, 1am, 4am, 9am. We're tired, I'm rather grumpy, so we ask to change rooms so we can sleep. They check with the manager and give us another room. The new room has a seal at the bottom of the shower, unfortunately their water fall shower lasts for 1 second if you try to use it as the handle on the door self adjusts. There's still dust on the sliding doors and under the bed. We're exhausted having had a pretty bad night due to the alarm, so we sleep, a lot. The hotel is modern, super clean, well-run, and quiet. The rooms have stylish decor with many modern touches and amenities. It was nice to have a window that actually opened and my ”garden” view was lovely. I had a tranquil time with no odd interruptions from housekeeping, etc. The signage and guides for things like TV and neighborhood were cleverly done. While I appreciated the room safe, I felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. There is greeter/staff person on the ground floor level, acknowledging every guest. I never say this post being ”ghosted” in my 4 nights there. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked like a nice option, if you will eat a buffet! The subway was close by, as well as a small grocery, ”Everyday Mart” which I was actually able to find on Google Maps. There is no pool here. I don't think this is a ”supreme” fun hotel for kids, as there is nothing special for them, but it was still good and relaxing. ( no kids with me on this trip). There are coffee shops and Olive Young, 7-11 in the basement. Very convenient. One thing to note- if you are doing medical procedures in Seoul, you have to leave your ice packs at the front desk ( and go down and get them). Staff is very responsive, discreet, and quick to help you with the packs, regardless. That is a pretty big inconvenience, which is why I stayed elsewhere, but moved to this hotel shortly after I stopped needed an icepak all the time. The hotel will glady microwave your food, if needed. Would be nice to just have a communal microwave somewhere!

La camera è completamente attrezzata, anche se non è molto grande, è pulita e sufficiente. È più che sufficiente per viaggiare in due. L'hotel ha un piano alto e la vista è molto bella e si può vedere l'intera città . L'hotel ha trasporti molto convenienti ed è a pochi passi da Dongdaemun, che è aperto tutta la notte. Puoi fare shopping di notte, puoi andare in vari posti in 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana la prossima volta che verrò a Seul.

Abbiamo chiesto una camera con vista su Namsan: ce l'hanno fornita. È vero, le finestre sono molto sporche e difficili da vedere). In linea di principio, l'hotel ha un disperato bisogno di riparazioni estetiche, ma il personale mantiene ciò che può pulire: cambia regolarmente gli asciugamani (solo quelli piccoli), porta fuori la spazzatura, rifa il letto (sempre pulito). Per il vostro prezzo, una scelta eccellente in termini di posizione (5-7 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni della metropolitana più vicine, 20 minuti a piedi da Myeongdong, 10 minuti dal DDP) + acqua gratuita in bottiglie da 0,5, angolo cottura comune, prodotti per la pulizia su richiesta . Ci sono molti bar, minimarket, lavanderie e una fermata dell'autobus nelle vicinanze.

Questo è un hotel da non perdere. Mi sto divertendo molto a giocare con i miei figli. Ma ai bambini piace di più Paradise City ^^;; Ci sono più piscine, più amici e c'è un parco divertimenti per bambini, quindi è abbastanza buono. In effetti, c'è solo una piscina al Chosun Palace per giocare con bambini molto piccoli, quindi va bene. I minimarket hanno solo E-Mart 24, quindi ai bambini non piacciono ㅠㅠ Altri minimarket vendono giocattoli, ma E-Mart 24 non li ha... ahah Abbiamo alloggiato nella stessa suite, ma era scomodo avere un solo bagno. Il minibar era gratuito anche a Paradise City, il che è un po' deludente. Altri servizi come la colazione e il servizio in camera erano buoni.

Location is decent with many convenience marts nearby and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. There's no make-up room available unless you pay for it. They do however replenish your room supplies when you ask. A bit pricey for the room size, but overall still a comfortable stay.

Molto bella.Il centro è molto bello e lussuoso.La sala è molto grande, è per diversi.E'anche tranquilla e sicura.Il paesaggio è bello ed elegante.Questa è la mia prima volta solida per lavare i capelli e curare i capelli, ma la qualità è molto buona.Il personale è anche molto amichevole. Ci sono molti vini caldi nel bar, specialmente whisky di Taiwan.Prova un buon hotel a Yunnan.Ci sono molte giovani donne locali nel centro di trattamento dell'acqua sotterranea.Non è consentito fumare all'hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta. Ci sono tre centri commerciali nelle vicinanze dove puoi fare shopping a pochi passi. C'è un quartiere degli affari di fronte all'hotel dove puoi mangiare, quindi non devi preoccuparti di rimanere senza cibo. Ci sono caffetterie nelle vicinanze dove puoi fare colazione, e c'è Starbucks e 7-11 al piano di sotto. Come hanno commentato tutti, l'isolamento acustico nella stanza è molto scarso, quindi portatevi i tappi per le orecchie per risolvere il problema.

위치 : 우선 충무로역 바~로 앞에 위치해서 접근성 아주 좋았어요! 역에서 내리자마자 그냥 바로 있어서 찾기 쉬웠구요, 지하철로 이동도 편했습니다. 또 근처에 먹을 것도 많아서 저녁엔 배달 시켜먹었구, 밤엔 친구랑 나가서 최애 술집에서 놀았숨니당🍻 방 내부, 청결 : 우선 방은 3인용 방에서 숙박했는데 생각보다 넓어서 셋이서 자기에 충분했고, 굉장히 깔끔쓰하고 청결했습미다. 테이블도 있어서 음식 먹기 편했고, 노트북 가져와서 일 보기도 괜찮았어요! 화장실 깔끔하고 넷플릭스도 됩니다 (자기 아이디 이용해야함) 세탁기랑 인덕션, 싱크대 있어서 요리나 세탁도 가능할 거 같아요! (전 써보진 않았지만,,) 화장실도 생긴지 얼마 안돼서 그런가 그냥 새거였고 깔끔했어요. 세면대가 바깥쪽에 나와있는게 좀 특이?했지만 불편하진 않았습니다 홍대나 신촌 이런 곳처럼 왁자지껄 시끄러운 번화가가 아니라 밤에 조용해서 좋았구요, 접근성과 위치가 좋아서 대중교통 이용 편리했고 주변에 먹을 곳이나 카페 많아서 좋았어요! 전 친구들끼리 숙박했지만, 장거리 출장이나 업무 목적으로 숙박하실 곳 찾으신다면 적합할 거 같아요..!
