The guesthouse is within walking distance from Hyehwa Station. The nightlife around this estate is also very lively, so rest assured should you need to return back later in the evening. The complimentary breakfast served is decent - you get a choice of toasted bread with spread, instant ramen or oatmeal. This is coupled with some milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea and water. However, you will need to prepare the meals yourself and clean the dishes after that. A caution that the room can seem rather small and cramped (for those needing a spacious design when selecting your overseas accommodation). My individual shower facilities also had a stench odour of what seemed like sewage, which was the main disappointing portion. If not, the rest of the facilities are good enough - e.g. The toilet bowls are clean and fitted with smart toilet seats, providing a warm sitting experience for those relieving yourselves during the winter season in Korea. The hosts were also very friendly, despite their limited proficiency in spoken English Language. There is also a shared desktop computer for your internet usage in the balcony, as well as a smart television in each room with internet-based programmes (e.g. Netflix, YouTube, Disney Plus etc.). I will strongly recommend this accommodation to those seeking a value-for-money option, solo travellers wanting a communal yet safe space to have a roof under their heads for the night. Not for the introverted nature - you will have plenty of opportunities to interact and dine with many strangers, of which some might become your global friend!

hotel was near the subway station, like literally 30 seconds away. there are a lot of shops nearby, you wont feel bored walking around that area. when i first arrived, the gentleman at the reception was very friendly. early check-in was also an option at 10,000won per hour, which i felt was a great deal after a long night of travel!

Abbiamo amato questo posto, perché è un grande valore per il denaro. Si trova molto bene con accesso vicino al trasporto pubblico (autobus e metropolitana) in un vivace quartiere che offre una gamma completa di strutture adatte a tutti i tipi di passeggeri: I ristoranti sono molto economici (tradizionali e internazionali), negozi, caffè e bar. Le camere sono molto spaziose con finiture di alta qualità, molto pulite e le letti sono estremamente confortevoli; il colazione gratuita è molto generoso e delizioso. Anche se il quartiere si sta divertendo con i giovani in una notte di divertimento, l'hotel in una bella isola garantisce una buona notte di riposo :). Ciò che ci piaceva meglio è stato il personale dell'hotel, sempre felice di aiutare e fornire informazioni - quando disponibile, Inoltre, offrono viaggi liberi intorno alla città e siamo stati molto fortunati a vedere alcune gemme questa città offre, per lo più conosciute dai locali. Questo hotel è un totale 10/10 e lo consigliamo fortemente!

We planned to be in Seoul 5 weeks and were looking for a place centrally located for day to day activities and near transportation for excursions around the country. First and foremost I must mention Mr. Lee. I am sure the spelling is not right but that is Singba Lee or in Korea I think it is Lee Singba. Anyway, anytime we entered or left he would greet us with a smile and could he help with anything. Second is Dennis Mitchell. We corresponded with him for a few weeks getting the accommodations organized and then had the opportunity to visit with him several times during our trip. I am older and anytime he saw me with bags going up the stairs he would assist. Yes there are stairs but it is only one flight. I have stayed all over the world and the difference of the experience is always the people you interact with. In this case the staff, including the cleaning lady, were spectacular but the accommodations were great as well. We were three adults and two 7 year old twins. Rather than getting the much more expensive room, we were able to get a room and they provided a floor bed we could use. Room included a washing machine and drying rack. We washed frequently and could have brought half the clothes that we did. Also a small kitchenette but we never actually used the cook top. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot we used daily. In the first few days, we had a small leak in the bathroom by the sink and it was fixed before the day was over. These things happen, even at home so no big deal. There is a rooftop area that we went up to a couple times to look over the streets and let the kids run around. I could see going up there with my wife at night and enjoying a good bottle of wine if we didn't have the kids along. Overall, this was a great experience and we are already talking about when we can return to Seoul, stay here of course, and see Mr. Lee and Dennis again. I will add we used the buses extensively and there are three stops within a couple blocks depending on where you are going. One is in front of the SLA entrance. Also, several good restaurants nearby and one right next door. A convenience store across the street which we frequented almost daily.

Ho prenotato il giorno del viaggio. Un bel hotel commerciale su Tripcom?Ho l'impressione che sia, ma in realtà, e'un hotel interessante. L'hotel di interesse sudcoreano non ha la sensazione di un hotel di interesse giapponese, quindi non l'ho notato finche'non sono arrivato e ho visto le merci di interesse nella stanza. Ma ho rilassato un respiro perché ha una sensazione pulita che può lavare il bagno!
