Yeoksam Artnouveau City Hotel and Residence

호텔 도착하자마자 프론트에 아무도 없어서 1차 당황. 코로나 땜에 비대면 체크인 하니 키오스크 이용해 체크인하라는 안내문 있길래 가보니 키오스크도 꺼져있어서 2차 당황. 고객센터 전화번호로 연락하라는 안내문 보고 전화하니, 룸넘버랑 비번은 예약확정때 안내해줬을거다, 라고 했는데 확정 카톡이며 확정서며 다 뒤져도 그런 내용 없었어요.. 이런 사항들은 사전에 제대로 전달이 되었어야한다고 생각합니다. 결국 고객센터 통해 룸 정보 안내받고 체크인했는데 청소 상태가... 와 이렇게 대놓고 먼지 쌓인곳은 처음이었어요. 편의점 음식 데우려고 전자레인지 버튼 몇번 눌렀는데 손가락에 먼지 묻어나옴;; 그냥...복층구조 오피스텔을 호텔처럼 개조해서 사용중인것 같더라구요. 침구나 수건은 깨끗했는데...딱 투숙객이 사용한 것들만 세탁&정리하고 그외에는 아예 청소를 안한것 같은 느낌이었어요. 심지어 노트북 가져갔는데 와이파이도 안잡힘;;; 하필이면 왜 이런 방이 걸린건지 ㅠㅠ

프런트도 없고 컨시어지도 없고 예약은 잘못 되어 있고 예약실은 통화도 안되고 호텔을 예약했는데 레지던스를 배정해주고... 일하는 애들은 뭐하는 애들인건지...

강남츌장시 또는 아이들이 있는 가족여행시 이용하기에 적합한 호텔로 복층구조라 공간이 크게 느껴지는것이 장점

매우좋아요 다음에 또 방문하고싶네요. 시설이좋고 객실이 너무너무 좋고 깨끗햇습니다. 아주좋네요

The last time I visited as 10 years ago, it was clean and worth the money. Now the place, while convenient to get to centrefield- smelly and not really clean. Unfortunate. Good for one day stay but no more

I had a late dinner get-together with a friend in Gangnam and found this place to be conveniently located near a subway station and only a few stops away from happening areas (Gangnam Station) at a reasonable price. Although it's located in the heart of Gangnam on Teheranro Street, it was quiet. The hotel is a bit dated but that's the charm and it was clean and had everything you need from kitchen to refrigerator, etc. Funny how there was a loft area as well lol. Only downside could be that the shower booth is TINY. And you have to open the doors from the inside so if you're obese or have extra pounds on ya, you might not be able to get through the space between the doors. Other than that, check in was easy (useful to know basic Korean or have an instant interpreter app in hand) and checkout was a breeze. Both processes are done via a kiosk and there are no front desk staff at this hotel.

I stayed 10 days but only cleaned twice.Too much dust.It's not easy to connect with bad smell staff.Not comfortable with public transportation.
