Igiene, personale, attrezzature, ambiente, biancheria da letto, tutti gli aspetti non sono molto confortevoli. Poiché le prenotazioni in altri hotel sono esaurite per un giorno, è difficile prenotare una camera nei fine settimana a Seoul.Ci è voluto un giorno per venire qui, ma il comfort non è ancora sufficiente.Se non c'è un prezzo speciale scontato, consideralo attentamente.

My 3rd time staying in Amourex! Will definitely be back again as my kid and husband love it!

Didn’t realized the check in time is at 2200 but the front desk was nice and let us leave our belongings so we can go around the town. Also I came from Japan, we have different plugs but they had several chargers already in the room. About 10 min walk from the station. Convenient store is pretty close too.

I booked this hotel with an important want. Airport shuttle, as a single traveler it is important for me to have this to get to and from the hotel to airport on these quick over night layovers. This hotel advertised this but doesn’t have the service. When I called to get the shuttle they advised me no shuttle but they offered to order the taxi to pick me up and deliver me. I appreciate this kindness from hotel staff, they understood my concerns and offered to help. Sometimes a taxi driver will take a foreigner on an extra tour to get more money and as I don’t really know where the hotel is I need to feel comfortable that I am getting to the right place. 特別好，而且乾淨的房子。在東大門付近的老城區，樓下就是吃飯的餐館和咖啡☕️ 特別推薦帶孩子來住，房間很大有浴缸 有冰箱，桌子上還有電腦，非常不錯。 前台有問必答，還給糖和咖啡☕️。

우선 예약시 평소대로 인원체크 여부없이 호텔을 예약했고 (부산에 거주중이라 서울에 대학교입시 실기차 서울호텔) 친구딸 대학입시 실기관계로 대신 방을 예약하고 혹시나해서 1시간뒤 직접 호텔에 연락을해서 고3이라 미성년자인데 투숙하려면 필요한 서류있어야 되냐고 문의했는데 무조건 미성년자는 투숙할수없다고 투숙을 거부했습니다 그래서 예약을 취소요청했는데 본건은 취소불가 예약이므로 취노가 안된다고 하네요 너무나 어이가 없습니다 길바닥에 17만4천원을 버린꼴이 되었네요 미리 전화를 안하고 확인을 안했음 몰라도 타 호텔은 증빙서류 제출하면 투숙이 가능한데 이호텔은 무턱대고 투숙을 거부하고선 취소도 안받아준다고 합니다 이게 말이 되나요! 소비자고발센타에 신고해서 이게 맞는지 확인할껍니다 돈을 환불받고 안받고 문제가 아니라 너무나 황당한 대응에 화가나서 미칠지경이네요 온라인 커뮤니티 인스타등등 소문낼수있는 모든곳에 사연을 올릴까합니다 이런 서비스로 호텔을 운영하는게 맞는지!!

시설이 사진과 너무 다르고 바닥에 머리카락과 먼지 등 청결도가 너무 안좋아요; 성수기 때여서인지 가격은 비싸고..눈탱이 맞은 느낌이였습니다

상태가 엉망이네요. 청소며 시설 모두. 그냥 대실하는 러브호텔인것 같네요.

沒有早餐廳，隔音不好，很多小年輕情侶的鐘點房，不建議商務或者家庭。

깨끗하고 조용하고 주변에 맛집들이많아서 지인들출장시자주사용하는 호텔입니다~~~

화장실에선 담배냄새가 나고 샤워실에는 담배꽁초가 올려져있었네요 근데 직원의 아무렇지도 않다는 식의 반응이 더 황당하네요 ㅠ 아이의 논술시험 보러 갔기때문에 그냥 있었지만 기분이 좋지만은 않았네요 그리고 조식운영은 안한답니다 (정확한 정보 부탁드립니다)

房間很髒，蜘蛛網、灰塵到處都是，陰沉沉的。換了3次間，都一樣髒，（其中有一間還打不開門，連續上下6次電梯）。真住不下去。

房間大小還可以，從韓國當地來説這個價位，不能和國內同價位比較。房間清理有兩位一同進行，大致在九，十點鐘的樣子，不過需要清理的話要和她們説明，因為房間內沒有清理的牌子。衞生間乾濕分離，空間不大。酒店提供拖鞋，沐浴露，洗髮水，浴巾等，但牙刷牙膏需要自備，這點和國內酒店類似。房間有專門的固定數據線，這點比較方便。酒店大堂很小，服務還不錯，因為行程臨時改變，提前退房了，直接和攜程客服聯繫後，去了酒店，前台還沒有收到平台訊息，但還是快速辦理了退房手續。附近便利店711，CU都有，比較方便。

房間相比起來算挺大，訂的套房，金壁輝煌，燈控很用心，兩個門住的也是安心點，樓下斜對面有個minishop可以買點水啊泡麪之類的，走五分鐘有個購物中心有超市有OliverYoung，有幾分鐘有地鐵往十里也是個大中轉站，可以去很多景點，前台服務也OK，性價比高的，就是需要自備牙膏牙刷梳子，房間還有大電視機和電腦，年輕人最愛。
