友人と3泊しました！ 清潔感完璧、ウォーターサーバーがあり お水飲み放題なのがとても有難かったです！ お風呂も広く、トイレも紙が流せるのでよかった。 乙支路3街からすぐですし、スタバだったりカフェや コンビニも近くにたくさん。 明洞までも歩いて行けるのでここはまた利用したいです！ 壁の隙間にブレスレットを落としてしまって 清掃の方が試行錯誤とってくださってほんとに感謝しかありません。。 皆さん親切でとても素敵なホテルでした！

地點極佳，空間來說，市區內算是可以了，轉個彎樓下就有超商，到明洞市區也都很近，非常方便。但先前有用回覆信件方式請飯店代訂同行家人的生日蛋糕，到了卻被告知沒有收到信件（？！），後來飯店拿了零食飲料致歉。另外住了五晚卻又兩天沒有確實的客房打掃，還要請櫃檯拿乾淨毛巾換洗，這點做的不夠好（因垃圾也沒倒）。 這是間地點好，櫃檯服務佳，但房務做的不夠到位的飯店。可代叫計程車、代儲值查詢T-money卡，查詢餐廳開放及訂位等服務。

Excellent! Clean and spacious! Namsan view is awesome. Ask for high floor for panoramic view! Within short walking distance to the nearest subway station. There is a Starbucks very near to the hotel. There is also a convenient shop at the lobby level to get some toiletries, snacks and fruits. Coin operated washing machine and dryer is available at your own cost. Complimentary lockers to store your luggage up to 12 hrs.

酒店前台不是很友好，態度冰冷，一開始分派的房間就守在電梯口 入住時房門是開着的，房內設施很差，不像其它正常放假佈置相對舒適，因為房間內有道門 所有限制了裝修佈置，這個門衹有工作人員能開，床頭枱燈是壞的，衞生間馬桶沒打掃乾淨有異味！之後找前台調房間結果説衹有一間在走廊盡頭的房間而且很小…無奈衹能勉強選擇最初的房間真的是很糟糕的體驗！有史以來入住的最差酒店，今後絕不選擇！！！

About 15min walk to myeoing dong, less than 10min to subway, very good location

Checked in after 3pm and there was a room with tub available and they allowed us to change. Check in was very seamless, housekeeping was very efficient and gave 2 bottles of water everyday. Rooms was cleaned well everyday. Gym and 18th floor was very nice. There's a GS25 within hotel lobby and plenty of bakery around if you need a quick bite. Love the place. It's about 600m walk to Myeongdong though or 1 metro station away. Can be quite inconvenient if you have huge shopping bags from Myeongdong. However it's very easy to get to the airport as there is a airport limousine bus stop within 5mins walk. Would consider staying at the main Nine Tree next time :)

Ganz gute Lage. Ein paar Schritte zur der Einkaufsstraße. In der Nähe vile Restaurants und Kaffes.

The hotel was clean. It was near the bus station (Euljiro 3)

The wall it’s really thin, can hear people talking and laughing at night.

服務態度一般，旁邊早上有工地聲音很大，離明洞中心還是有點距離的，不值這個價
