Feeling very disappointed at very beginning, when we arrived at hotel front desk around 14:40, a male receptionist without checking our name or the system telling me that they are fully booked, and checkin starts at 15:00, then when a Korean couple arrived they checked-in successfully, so I went to him, he said because they are member, and the attitude weren't good. So, I argued that I'm hotelier, so I know how system and procedure would be like, asking him without checking in Opera or their system and the room type booked, he already know there's no room? and in 10 minutes will be a room available? And why cannt he do the registration first? his attitude shows that he's being ******! This first impression was very bad!
However the HSKP and call center service was very good, and deliver things we asked effeicently! Yet, the first impression ruined majority experience.
我们在办入住的时候遇到一个有种族歧视的韩国男生,我们到酒店是14:40左右,但是这个前台的男生连系统都没有查就告诉我们没有房,他们正常办理入住的时间是15:00,我自己作为在酒店工作的人看到这种很生气,因为本来是很理解同行的,就想着算了20分钟就不和他较劲了。但是转头一对韩国夫妇就办理了入住了,我就很生气,因为本身他的态度就很不好。我就气和他吵了一下,说流程不该是先看看有没有房,你都不知道我们订的什么房型,然后你告诉我十分钟后就能有房?这是想干嘛呢!
后面的入住体验还可以,打电话让送东西的和清洁都还挺好的,但第一印象很不好!所以能不住还是尽量不住这家酒店。
