Overall, I had a pleasant stay here with my senior parents. We loved the amenities of the bathroom. The toilet came with japanese functions and it was useful for my parents. The location was near the guro digital complex station. It is not in the center of the touristy spots but being on the green line is convenient enough to bring you to most places. We loved the surrounding areas which had a wide selection of food places and they were generally affordable and of great quality. A few misses for us were the lack of ceramic mugs to hold hot water. Instead, they had given us paper cups on the first night but you would have to request if you like them to be replenished. The description of the room amenities and layout in trip.com were not accurate with the room that we were assigned to. Our room was supposed to come with a sofa but it did not come with it. They also requested for a credit card to be put on hold in case of damages. For this requirement, it is not stated upon booking with trip.com that this was needed. The staff noted our feedback but there wasn't much they could do about it. This would be a good place to stay if you do not mind traveling a little further to touristy spots.

Receptionist are very helpful. Location of hotel near to train station. Next to convenient store and most importantly rooms are big in size, enough space for 2 big luggage and 2 small luggage. Easy to unpack for travellers

Great hotel, location is nearby to Subway and Food, aswell Shopping. It was quite far to go anywhere though. But id still recommend to stay here at Guro Shilla

Leo hwang the receptionist offered me some free coupon for the breakfast because I saw a cheaper offer on the hotel website so he has been fair and comprehensive with the client. Thanks one again. The carpet on the 11th flower is a disaster for a 4 star hotel, I feld down being pregnant, it's a shame on the owner!

Is a nice hotel located near metro station however is kind of far from downtown attractions . There is a beautiful park one km distance.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Good location and good views from the room. Room cleaned everyday and allowed late check out. Good experience and price is reasonable.

We had a very comfortable stay! The receptionist Bella, was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the rooms well and we were welcomed with a goodie bag of snacks too! The hotel is close to the bus and subway stations 🙌

Has alot convenient stores around, near bus stops and the bus stop has direct bus to airport

My parents and relatives like this hotel very much. Comfortable and near mtr station. Very good location. 3 mins to mtr and next to restaurant street and bar. But very good and silent environment, not chaos. Reasonable price. Good dor business trip family trip or couple trip.

The location of the hotel is not bad. Literally a mrt station within 5 mins of walk. The hotel staffs were really nice and patient.

My experience at Stay Shilla Guro was unfortunately below expectations. While the location is convenient and the staff provided good service, there were significant issues that impacted my stay. The air conditioning was only available during certain hours, which made the room uncomfortable at times. To make matters worse, my room got locked unexpectedly, and I had to wait until 2 a.m. to have it resolved, which was highly inconvenient and disrupted my rest. These problems overshadowed the otherwise decent aspects of the stay, and I hope management can address these issues to improve the guest experience.

Comfortable stay with shilla stay! Super friendly staff and good service!! Super near one of the subway station (guro complex)! There are quite a few bus services to town as well!! Highly recommend:))
