여기느 너무 시끄러워 체크인 하기 전에 도착해서 객실 복도 올라 가자마자 냄새 많이 나서 머리도 아프고 해서 가능 하시면 체크인 취소 해달라고 요청을 했는데 당일 예약 취소 안된다고 하시더라구요. 그렇다면 1박은 있고 일박은 취소 해달라고 다시 요청을 했는데 또 안된다고 하시고 객실 바꿔 주셨는데. 그다음날 객실 밖에 담배 냄새 엄청 나서 얘기를 하니깐 다시 객실 바꿔주시면서 여자분이 말씀을 하시더라구요. 죄송하다고 그분은 엄청 친절 하시고 첫날 계신 아저씨는 말투도 안좋고 고객이 전화를 할때 안내도 잘 못하시고 그냥 전화를 끊고 체크인 할때도 기본적으로 안내도 잘 안하시고 어쩔수 없이 2박 있고 왔습니다. 지금 까지 항상 호텔 이용 할때 늘 먼족 했었는데. 여기는 엄청 실망스럽고 제가 싸이트에서 보고 예약을 하고 이곳에 가는게 잘못 했었습니다. 안좋은 경험 이었습니다.

- 객실 담배냄새에 단잠을 자는것은 착각임.
- 침대에 널려있는 여성 머리카락, 음부털, 먼지투성이 바닥, 욕실의 물때, 리모컨 불량, 등등 모텔보다 못한 수준에 트립닷컴 추천을 의심하게하는 곳이라 충격을 받음.

DO NOT book this hotel!!!!!
I repeat, do not book this hotel.
There's a bug spray when you enter the room, the whole room and the bath room is FILTHY!
I don't think they clean the room. As I entered the hotel, it smelled like poop.
When I checked underneath the bed, I saw garbage and saw a worm!!!!
When me & my friend told the staffs we wanted to cancel & wanted a refund after we checked in, they said no.
We didn‘t even stay a night but they refused to refund us.
Also, there was a couple saying the same thing at the front.... every room is filthy!
This hotel is a scam, UNHYGIENIC and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
I don't wanna be a hater but this is too nasty.

Close to a shopping centre and metros, it was a good place to be able to travel and reach other parts of Seoul from, pretty good overall though it has more of a motel vibe than hotel.

The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. This hotel is well recommended for all city visitors.

Had to pay for amenities and cleanliness was a 0/5. There was dirt and dust everywhere. Check in was only at 9pm
