The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

L'hotel è stato molto semplice e pulito, con tutto quello che potresti avere - compresa una grande vista di Hallasan. Abbiamo avuto due mattine consecutive con l'allarme d'incendio che si è sbarrato all'hotel, a causa delle persone che fumavano nelle loro stanze, che era molto spaventoso, ma il personale era veloce a capire se la situazione fosse. Non avevano comunicato quando tutto era a posto, ma siamo riusciti a tornare nelle nostre stanze in pochi minuti.

L'acqua della doccia era troppo piccola e gli asciugamani erano un po' vecchi e quindi c'erano dei buchi, quindi non c'è stato alcun problema ad usarli. L'asciugatrice non era molto buona, era rumorosa e... Forse perché è un vecchio edificio, la stanza aveva un po' di odore di muffa e c'era una doccia quindi entrava acqua anche se le finestre erano chiuse. Ho acquistato la colazione in anticipo per 12.000 won e ne è valsa davvero la pena.

Grand hotel lobby with a big sitting area. Jay and Bruce are always around to help us to valet the car and help us with any questions we may have. Rooms are very clean and most importantly beds and pillows are really very comfortable for a good night’s rest! Breakfast is fine for the price, to get your day started! Clean washers and dryers are also available for guests use for a small fee.

Room was clean and had everything you need. There is no Room Service you have to pick up fresh towels etc. In the lobby. Self Service Laundry doesn‘t accept foreign cards. There is a convenient store in the hotel lobby. My room was with Mountain view which was nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

The mattress is very comfortable and we slept very well and a small balcony to let in the fresh breeze from the sea. The location is near to the centre market where all the eateries and foods. Parking is easy. Everything is good not perfect but good enough.

Ma l'ascensore e il coriander non sono come aria condizionata. Quindi ci sono incomodi e odore. In generale, è opportuno rimanere per il viaggio di bilancio.

Location of the hotel is good, very convenient. We were able to walk to most places. It is not too far from the Olle Traditional Market. It is near to bus stops where you can hop on to the city buses. The hotel staff are friendly and are able to speak simple English. The facilities are good (please note you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, it seems like most hotel in Jeju do not provide such amenities), the room is clean, and the hotel do clean the room everyday with change of bedsheets and towels. Highly recommend. Good prices as well.
