Absolutely loved our time at this hotel and sad to leave! The food was brilliant and staff were so caring! Amazing sea views and great to have a heated pool. Just 15 mins in an Uber to the city and very close to the waterfalls

The location is great for self driving. Besides, we really appreciate the front desk of this hotel who called HoJun. He tried his best to help us with some stuff which could not be solved without his support.

Nice and spacious room but room requires some upgrading. Overall a great experience and love the hotel.

Take note that photos for Standard Suite are not accurate! Even though we booked the standard room with the pictures showing the carpeted floor and with sea view, the actual room given to us had no carpet and the view was blocked by the hotel pavilion. We had to go through a long process of discussing with the staff and finally the hotel manager offered us an "upgrade" to the Deluxe Suite which corresponded to the photos on Trip.com which was our initial booking anyway. Appreciate the gesture but not the trouble and misrepresentation. For the two rooms, one had sea view and the other had view of the other side of the city (high rise residential blocks). Jacuzzi pool was dirty, the water looks brownish. However the views and design of the suite were indeed beautiful. Free parking provided and the breakfast offerings included steak, however it was only offered for 2 pax, even though our booking was for 4 pax. Very strange arrangement and hotel asked to top up for the other 2 breakfast.

衹有住過才知道舒適的感覺在哪裡，很難説清楚，走路能去海邊，斜對面便利店，泳池相對乾淨，周圍好幾家韓國本幫菜。真的很不錯。西餐也做的很歐洲B&B。服務員像家人。雖然它一點也不modern 但我住完君悦這種人擠人，神話世界那裡的了旅遊感。衹有金一，感覺嗯，回家了，吃完飯出來遛彎去secret garden看看海

위치 좋아요. 택시타고 맛집 가려고 했는데 호텔 바로 앞에 맛있는 돼지고기집 횟집 카페 다 있고 편의점도 있고 담번 서귀포 여행때도 올거에요 한라산행 후에 수영장 온수로 몸 풀고 최고였어요

정말정말 조식이 다시금 생각나는 곳이네요^^ 전복죽이랑 시금치된장국이 진짜 맛있었어요~ 수영장도 온수풀이라 밤낮없이 놀았네요~ 제주 간다면 다시가고 싶은 호텔입니다

房間就不要看照片了，不一致。 酒店第一眼就像民宿一樣，非常失望。但是游泳池和環境的安靜程度真的很加分。 老實説，再去西歸浦我還會住那。

택시가 잘 잡히지 않아 불편할 수도 있지만, 보통 제주도는 자차로 많이 다니시니깐 주차공간은 넓습니다! 주차장이 호텔과 연결되지 않아 짐이 많을 때는 힘들 수 있지만, 그만큼 조식, 청결, 온수풀, 자쿠지 등이 너무너무 좋습니다. 특히 뷰가 정말 예술입니다!! 한 번쯤 꼭 가볼만 합니다^^ 돈이 된다면 다음에도 또 이용하겠습니다~~

價格五星級，照片整的很好，實際去了跟三星級還要差點；SPA浴缸座位宣傳放出圖片，實際去了不讓用衹能做普通浴缸用，而且問了才説，事先都沒有提醒，問了説已經給過房間説明書，真不知道開口講那麼難嗎？嘴那麼珍貴嗎？！ 房間裏各種設施都老化破損，紗窗、坐便、床頭燈、窗簾等等都是要麼壞，要麼一碰就掉部件，啥玩意兒啊！ 冰箱冷藏設定中檔都能把啤酒等凍冰，製冷倒是不必要的好！ 找酒店經理説事兒，前天晚上打電話要找，第二天下午三點還沒給回電話，嚴重耽誤行程！ 真是在韓國住過的酒店中最最最差的一個！ 必須吊銷星級！

가족과 함께 오는 가족들이 머물면 매우 좋을 호텔이예요. 제주도로 가족여행을 매년오는데 다른 유명한 호텔도 다녀와봤지만, 지금까지 부모님의 호텔이 만족도가 젤 높았어요. 방도 너무 고급스럽고 무엇보다 잠에 예민한 부모님 이신데 침대도 흔들림도 없고 배게도 편했어서 눕자마자 푸욱 꿀잠 들었어요. 호텔에 배치되어있는 어메니티도 향도 너무 좋았고, 씨뷰를 보면서 즐길수 있는 스파 또한 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔에 있는 온수물 풀도 넓고 깨끗해서 부모님과 함께 수영하며 너무 좋은 꿈을 꾼거 같습니다. 밤에 예쁜곳에 바람도 살살부는 곳에서 칵테일과 해물라면도 먹었는데 맛또한 너무 좋고 직원분들의 서비스도 완벽했습니다. 아침에 먹는 조식도 깔끔하고, 반찬 하나하나 메뉴 모두 다 맛있었고, 1인당 하나씩 주는 스테이크 또한 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 앞에 있는 산책로를 꼭 가족분들과 연인과 함께 조식을 드신후 걸어보시면 좋겠어요.마지막날에 조식을 먹고 걸었는데 30-40분정도의 산책로를 걸으면 부모님과 도란도란 얘기도 하고 행복했습니다. 지금까지의 여행 숙소중에 어머니께서 좋다 다음에 또오고싶다 라고 아쉬울 정도라고 한 숙소는 처음이였습니다.정말 다음에 또 오고 싶어요. 이렇게 후기도 길게 써본적도 난생 처음인거 같습니다. 좋은 추억 남겨주셔서 감사합니다. 주변 사람들 한테도 추천 많이 할께요.이글은 읽으신 분들도 좋은 여행되세요.

這家酒店性價比真的不高！在西歸浦比較偏僻，價格還貴，關鍵是四星級服務我真的沒看出來，唯一可圈可點的是室外浴池和室內浴缸，遺憾的是衞生間還有幾根頭髮沒打掃乾淨房間風景的確不錯，可以拍拍照片，11點就要退房。

這個酒店價格最高600元，不能再高了，超過這個價格千萬別定。不值啊
