Il check-in in questa zona è sempre problematico. Devi prendere un numero ma molti semplicemente ignorano il protocollo e ci vuole ancora più tempo per effettuare il check-in. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Ottimo posto per venire con la famiglia!! Questo è un hotel a 5 stelle con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, molto pulito. Tuttavia, la posizione è un po' vaga per visitare la città, e la stanza è ordinata ma un po' stretta.

Ho usato Shinhwa Hotel Shinhwagwan per festeggiare un anniversario con il mio ragazzo. Per non parlare degli interni curati e delle camere pulite come in un famoso hotel! Quando siamo arrivati, Thomas ci ha aiutato a spiegare. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato non aveva una buona vista, quindi l'ho presa proprio di fronte all'ascensore per un facile accesso. Non c'era nessuna nave e hanno dato i biglietti Shinhwa Park Big 3 per l'uso gratuito del parco acquatico, quindi mi sono davvero goduta la mia vacanza :) Prima di salire in camera, ho fatto una prenotazione in anticipo e ho sistemato i bagagli fino a quando non ho ricevuto un messaggio testuale. Hehe Ho creduto ancora una volta che il parco acquatico controlla il codice QR e si prende cura di ognuno di loro quando entra nel parco acquatico. Non so se è a causa delle restrizioni, ma la linea non era molto lunga, quindi l'ho pedalata diverse volte ahah La vista della piscina era davvero spettacolare ehehe ho scattato foto davvero difficili ahah Ci sono così tante cose da godere all'interno dell'hotel, ad esempio una zona giochi, sinceramente mi sono pentito di aver prenotato solo una notte. ,,, ㅠㅠ Inoltre, dato che era un anniversario, avrei mangiato vino all'interno, quindi a differenza di altri hotel, i bicchieri da vino erano forniti all'interno, quindi ho potuto evitare il fastidio di doverli chiedere separatamente. È stato così bello vedere i commenti scritti su di esso e sembra che si preoccupino anche delle cose più piccole! (Mi è stato permesso di portare un asciugamano in camera eheh) Hanno detto che c'era uno sconto del 15% sulla Shinhan Card per la colazione, ma è un peccato che non ho potuto mangiarlo a causa di un programma. Devo venire a mangiare.

Ho prenotato per una notte al Museo Shinhwa come vacanza estiva e mi sono divertito moltissimo! Lo scopo principale era quello di fare un giro nella piscina a sfioro e alcune attività, ma la linea non era così lunga come pensavo, quindi ho guidato l'attrezzatura diverse volte e ho anche fatto una nuotata la sera, e ho scattato una foto di vita. Ci sono vari siti di affari, quindi non c'è tempo per annoiarsi e la colazione che ho mangiato la mattina successiva è stata la migliore. Lo Shinhwa World Resort è spesso visitato dalle famiglie, ma è consigliato anche alle coppie! Ho intenzione di creare ricordi divertenti in un posto con l'aria buona e ci tornerò più tardi!

Gli ospiti di Shinhwagwan possono utilizzare lo Skypool Water Park gratuitamente, quindi ci siamo divertiti con i bambini. Ho anche preso un biglietto per usare il parco a tema Big 3

Facilities are great and staff were quite helpful. The only problem we had was they forgot to refill our coffee sachets, which we drink in the morning:)

We've stayed at this resort on several different occasions. Usually book directly on the resort site but often the rooms are sold out and it is best to book here. The resort is a top choice and must for families with children. There is something for everyone, and the location is close by many of Jeju's top attractions from museums to beaches and beautiful trekking trails. The swimming pool and waterpark are a must for children and the shopping mall in the lower levels are also convenient and fun.

The package with tickets was great. Having fun in the resort.

We took a bus from the airport and stopped at the nearest bus stop which was about 15-20 min walk. Still manageable with 2 big luggages, 1 small luggage, a pram and 2 kids. Room was decent, alittle small with not much room to move with all the luggage’s we had. Disappointed that they only had 1 type of pillow and they were of the extremely soft kind. When I requested for 1 more pillow on my first night, Service staff said they were out of pillows and they could only send 1 the next day- which they didn’t and I didn’t bother myself to call again. Folded the pillow and made do with it. I wished the staff could speak better English. Only 1 girl who could and she stood out amongst all because she went all the way out to help us book a cab out of the resort (resort was like 40 min away from the all the action/ “city”) as we wanted to try food outside the resort. She helped google and searched for a nice seafood place where locals went which was 10-15 min away (taxis are expensive! Almost like $1 for a min drive) (she was just posted to work there 2 months ago) she was simply the best!

Amazing hotel. First time in Jeju & it was perfect for my husband & I plus our 1 year old. We had a lot of fun in the pools.

We stayed at the shinhwa world hotel with our family. I really enjoyed the beautiful lobby. It was totally worth the $!! The hotel had several rooms, so a few families that we know from work stayed with us. Better to stay in the other hotels on site if you want a pool, room service, etc.

Water park is really cool and connected to sky pool in shinwha resort. Too easy access! Wonderful Breakfast but the prices of other restaurants are too high. Needs more clean bathroom. Overall recommend for families!!

家庭親子旅遊對這家店還是非常滿意的，整體來説服務非常的好，但是需要路注意的是下午2:30才可以入住，早上起來11點必須要退房，會贈送幾張遊樂園的門票，之後游泳池是一天衹能進入一次，呃，游泳池比較的小，不太適合大人玩兒，比如衹適合孩子玩兒之後室外的游泳池可以大人玩，但是水比較冷，建議大家選擇温暖的時候來，其次環境整體來説比較的乾淨，但是房間不是特別的大。
