Ho un piacevole soggiorno con fam in aruna questo fine settimana.. confortevole e freddo... ho soggiornato in 505... L'hotel ha una posizione molto buona (molto vicino al negozio di souvenir n alcune pasticcerie e frutta mart), la varietà di colazione e il personale della reception sono anche molto gentile e gentile.. ama il loro sorriso.. soprattutto mb opy, grazie Aruna per averci.. mantenere l'ospitalità.. 😊

Io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati qui per una settimana ed è stato tutto perfetto. La colazione migliore di tutta l’Indonesia. Il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ricorderemo per sempre Tyas, Zafira ma soprattutto Gani che ci ha assecondati ogni giorno. Cucina e cena buonissima, super consigliata! Torneremo sicuramente

L'hotel era vuoto, a parte noi, per prendere 2 camere (a meno che non ci fossero mancati altri ospiti). Ci serve davvero un po' di aggiornamento, ma capiamo perfettamente che ciò che è stato colpito da Covid e dai terremoti di Lombok, la ripresa è stata lenta. Le camere erano pulite e tempestive. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto è che abbiamo lottato con il wifi. Ogni volta che uscì, abbiamo contattato la ricezione e hanno riuscito a farla tornare, ma è stato un grippo regolare che durava solo per un breve periodo e poi doveva essere rimesso in moto. Non è la fine del mondo, ma abbiamo scelto un hotel con WiFi perché dobbiamo essere in contatto con il lavoro. A causa della mancanza di ospiti all'hotel, hanno gestito un menu molto limitato che non era nemmeno aperto di una sera. Ancora una volta, comprendiamo che i costi di mantenere aperto per gli ospiti minimi non sono costosi, ma avremmo voluto sapere prima di prenotare. Fortunatamente, abbiamo trovato un ristorante molto bello (L'Ufficio) proprio lungo la strada. Gli amici erano stati qui due volte negli anni precedenti e quindi sapevano quanto fosse bello questo hotel. Spero che riuscirà a recuperare e tornare dove era una volta.

We decided to head to Indonesia for our honeymoon and we spent time in one hotel before this and it was good and within same price range. We booked Svarga hotel (Varda deluxe double room) via Hotels.com because it seemed like a beautiful and clean hotel with good view where you have your own jacuzzi. However when we got there the staff was welcoming and helpful and carried our baggage up the extremely long and deep stairs into our room. There was an elevator but I assume it was broken as nobody used it and it looked sketchy. (So not for weak-legged people). When we first got into our room there was strong moldy odour and immediately i could see that the hotel had seen its best days many years ago. The ”Jacuzzi” was empty and looked very dirty as it was not been used for years. When I asked about filling it up, a guy and a lady who helped to carry our baggage up told us just to call reception and they quickly went away as they would not like to answer any questions. Then we decided to check out the restaurant and it was pretty disgusting with few squeaky and dusty fans spinning in the ceiling. Also many of the ceiling lights were just hanging from their wires. Very young guy in the restaurant looked surprised when we walked in and asked if we could eat something, he was very polite and a bit shy. Restaurant did not seem quite hygienic.I asked if they have any hand sanitizer but the young guy looked confused and told we they do not have it but we could wash our hands in the swimming pool next to the restaurant. (Yes... he was totally serious:D) Still we ate lunch and food was ok, I actually liked it. Next weird problem occurred when i tried to pay for our food. The young guy in the restaurant did not know how to operate the card payment machine so i offered him cash, and they said they don't have change. When we came from lunch, some monkeys were staring at us from our roof. I think they would have stolen everything outside our room. After this we called Hotels.com and they were helpful and helped us to move to other hotel nearby. It took some time but it worked. Conclusion: I think Svarga has truly been a good hotel in the past but maybe covid time or something has caused it to decline a lot. It would be such a good hotel with proper maintaining and professional staff. All the hotel workers I met were helpful and polite but the reason for the bad state of the hotel is its management. Right now you cannot ask for 85€ per night at that hotel, 15€ might be correct.

Ragazzi, grazie mille per il nostro comodo soggiorno all'hotel yr. Sono dalla Russia e ho portato mia madre con me per vedere e esplorare la bella Indonesia 🇮🇩. Ci siamo trasferiti per 5 giorni nel maggio 23 a Deluxe Ocean View. Entrambi di noi abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno, soprattutto: 🌟il personale molto ospite e attento. Ragazzi, 5 stelle a voi e grazie speciali a coloro che si trovano in ristorante: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman e inviando i nostri ringraziamenti al Cook 🙏(Mi dispiace se ho sbagliato i nomi di yr) Stai facendo il lavoro yr molto: molto considerato, coraggioso e super utile 😇 Ci ordinavamo da ristorante e ci sono voluti 30 minuti per ottenere la consegna e di nuovo grazie a Sunny, Wowan e grande cuoco; un giorno hanno anche messo Krupuk extra come si accorgevano che mi piacevano. Grazie a tutti i ragazzi alla reception! (Non ricordare i nomi 😏) Super bella e utile 🙏 🌟Il territorio è bello: con belle viste più una grande piscina grande con tutte le strutture necessarie 🌟pulizia delle camere e buona qualità di mobili, letto! Puli, tempi e molto affascinante per soggiornare nelle stanze e godere del tempo nel balcone molto spazioso (della nostra vista sul Deluxe Ocean) 🌟AC funziona molto male/ svantaggi 👎e cose per migliorare: ⛔ Non c'era internet a tutti - quindi non potevo fare il mio lavoro a distanza e perdere soldi bcz di questo(((((() Abbiamo detto che questo era su tutta l'isola.. un certo problema ma comunque NO WiFi e ⛔No Working TV set come il lavoro dipende direttamente dal lavoro di Internet ⛔alcune angoli su il territorio non è pulito e con alcuni vecchi shabby, non usati.. ad esempio, la zona spa è chiusa e sporchi scaffali come non in uso. ⛔La linea di spiaggia è super piccola e alcuni rubin li' quando i locali arrivano e lasciano la spa 😔 e è completamente Impossibile nuotare causa ci hanno detto che ci sono tempeste e onde e per questo non è sicuro

A quick stay at Jeeva Santai .. what was supposed to be 6 nights I quickly realised I didn’t want to stay in busy Senggiggi so moved to Selong south of Lombok, which is a hectic 2 hours drive but is a more serene beach area, surrounded by jungle. Some geographical information, the hotel is approx 1.20 hours from the airport. Senggiggi is not picture postcard like the Insta pics!! It’s dirty, busy, with black sand bays. The staff at Jeeva were warm & welcoming, the hotel location is on the main road, you’ll hear busy traffic constantly. The hotel is set on beautiful gardens overlooking the rocky tidal bay not fit for swimming & has no beach access the hotel facilities are limited, however the hotel offers free shuttle to its sister hotel whereby you can share their facilities at Jeeva Klui. The breakfast was very limited & served from a menu, no buffet, it should be noted they don’t cater for vegans, no diary options, which I found difficult however the chef was open to creating tailor made meals for me when I asked. The pool villa is beautiful, spacious and more than comfortable set in a small private surrounding garden villa space. The Hotel is made up of 14 villas not a big choice, and cater for adults not children. This hotel would be perfect for a short stay! Thank you Ari for assisting with my booking!
