I found on the first night that the tub did not drain when showering, which made for a less than desirable experience after traveling all day. I alerted the front desk immediately and was told that someone would be by at 7:45am the next day to take care of it. After 3 follow-ups the next morning, maintenance finally showed up at 11am, which completely ruined my plans for the day as I couldn't start getting ready to leave until then. Follow-ups had to be done at the front desk because the room phone also didn't work. Additionally, the room door was almost impossible to open and required quite a bit of force to get into the room each time. I will never stay at this Hampton again. The customer service ******!
