Good staff attitudes Good location for JPO. Have shuttle service to shopping mall and JPO. Good for kid. Have swimming pool and indoor playground. Take a grab to airport only rm10. Very near. KFC and some Chinese restaurant just 5min walk from hotel.

Good service, clean and spacious room. Just that the location is far from the downtown area.

Teh hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly..the breakfast was nice and delicious too with wide range of food..the location is close to highway too 😊

Hotel is near airport so convenient for flight but room is not clean. Long hair on floor and many many flies in bathroom

Hotel is clean and chic. Location isn’t very ideal as far from city centre. But I chose this hotel cos it’s near the airport. So that’s good. Front desk May or may not be very knowledgeable about things around the area. The swimming pool faces cemetery so if that’s a concern for you then ok lor.

Booked the hotel with club access at attractive rates. However, kinda disappointed that the club access besides having a nice chill out room has no one manning the room even during the stated timing between 3pm to 7pm. And that essentially means zero refreshment or any snacks. Rooms under club access are big and comes with good room amenities like powered bidet and showering with body jets. Location is abit far from JB bit the lower price justify it. For those people that are superstitious, u might want to take note to inform the hotel not to give u rooms with facings that face the chinese graveyard.

The room is clean and the hotel seems new. The playroom for kids is quite big. The kids enjoyed the stay.

Hotel check in and out procedure was fast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Tried their sahur buffet and would prefer if there were more variety (I.e., omelette, porridge, western stations). It was mainly breads and rice dishes which I personally felt did not justify the higher price point than normal breakfast buffets which had more variety. View from my room was great with acres of plantation fields. There were also a decent amount of shops nearby (I.e., dobi/laundry, convenience stores, kedai runcit, kfc nearby).

Spacious, nice, neat & clean, bedsheets & curtains are fragrant, complete amenities unless iron by request I think, but I don't care coz not using it😀and the best thing is that there is a Samsung smart TV. Cons: there are woodlice/ants at the mini bar area, hopes the hotel will get rid of them as soon as possible.

Good customer service from the entrance car park until front desk. The room is clean with good facilities. Breakfast nasi lemak boleh improve lagi.

It's my first time booking this hotel. I was astonished. The hotel's lobby is pleasant and well-organized. The front office staff is also friendly and helpful. My room is not ready as I arrived earlier and I decided to keep my luggage there while I went for brunch and come back later when the room is ready. After spending a few hours exploring the city, I returned to the hotel to check in. WOW! Though the room is not big, but it is nice, the bathroom is clean, the coffee area well kept, the TV channel is great & the wi-fi for internet is working perfect too! We had breakfast at Tiffin Cafe the following morning. The cafe is looking great and the breakfast spread is delicious. Tho the location is miles away from the city but In their own way, Impiana made our stay delightful. I will definitely make a come back.
