This hotel is not only exceptionally clean but also offers spacious and well-maintained rooms that create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We were fortunate enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which greatly enhanced our stay and demonstrated the hotel's attention to guest satisfaction. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the airport, which is perfect for those catching early flights or during layovers, saving a lot of time. The staff are friendly and professional, making the entire check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. Overall, this stay was extremely pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel.

An ideal stay for travellers that want to catch early flight at Senai Airport. It will be great if the management can consider to open the restaurant for early travellers before their flight. Breakfast only starts at 7am. Most hotel starts breaskfast at 6.30am. The breakfast timing could be changed due to the mentioned above. Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant.

The hotel location is great. But the cleanliness needs to be to do improvements.

Room is clean and there were 2 PCs. It’s an esport hotel so it’s a gaming hotel. Stayed 1 night to catch a flight in the morning to KL. We had a peaceful and deep sleep! Bed was very comfy and surrounding hotel was quiet. We didn’t want to leave the room. Nothing to complain about.

Very good, not bad. Close to the airport. You can just walk there if you have an early flight the next day.

This hotel is walking distance to Senai Airport for those who want to catch early morning flight. Everything is nearby : restaurants, convenience store, petrol station, mosque even clinic! Breakfast was nasi goreng, beehoon, butter chicken, scrambled eggs, curry puffs, cereals, toast with jam & butter, coffee & tea. Only setbck is the room door latch broke so we secured it with dressing table chair!

First time staying here cos I took a flight from senai to Tawau, very convenient and have shuttle to the nearby airport. Friendly staffs and showed us tonthe local food for dining. For not a fussy person. Thank you.

me and my family reached abt 1 am and there is reception there waiting for us and 5 min walk from Senai airport. The only thing that i dont like it is the lamp too dimm. It can be improve more :)

Walking distance to the airport but without proper pedestrian access. Reception was adamant and rigid with the 3pm check in rule and the process was kinda ambiguous as guests pending check in were asked to wait at the lobby seating area and be called upon. Acceptable wear tear throughout the interior of the hotel but definitely not 3-star standard. Overall, it is good for a one-night-stay but with the price paid I could have got a better deal somewhere else easily.

Walking distance from airport. The only thing that maybe can improve is the morning buffet should be open a bit early as some customer with morning flight might missed it. Maybe 6.30am instead of 7am to open the cafe?

Room was alright. There wasn’t hot water for me and the hairdryer was faulty. Was a short stay for the airport next day so it’s alright
