Good value for money.. But the free wifi can not be use... Need to upgrade

clean place and location in the center of town. parking is easy even though it is quiet. very simple. even the walls are polywood, you can hear voices from the next room....there are only towels and beds. if you want to stay overnight, make sure you bring your own mirror.. hehe... but it's okay to stay temporarily.... The toilet is clean...

Simple budget lodge situated not far from town area, it is walkable, and if want to take a Grab, it's just 4 minutes from the town area. There is a supermarket nearby with some simple eateries. Reception is helpful with the requests made. There is no fridge or electric kettle in the room, however, you can get hot water at the reception. The room is generally clean however the stairway could do a little more cleaning as it was always dusty.

Great stay, comfortable bed, hot shower and AC. It’s 10min walk to the pier

One advantage of this hotel is bus station proximity. Nothing else.

The location was perfect in the middle of Semporna town. The front officers was also helpful and polite and would recommended.

Lowest price around but very basic room, bad and washroom, need more amenities like a desk and chair, hangers for clothes.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The room was okay – aircond and hot shower worked well. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful, I give them 5 stars. But the Front Office service was disappointing. No greetings, not helpful, and they didn’t even check the condition of the room before giving it to me. The first room I was moved to had dirty towels and pillows, and no mirror in the bathroom. The second room was the same. When I asked for WiFi, the staff said they didn’t know the password – which was hard to believe. FO staff seemed clueless about what’s in each room. Overall, I’m happy with the room and housekeeping, but FO service really needs improvement.

Great price, many restaurants around the hotel, very basic hotel get what you pay for.

While I was pleased with the hotel overall, I found the accommodations to be somewhat uncomfortable. The room was quite narrow, although the air conditioning was excellent. Additionally, the room depicted in the advertisement did not match the one I received; it may have been a different room altogether.
