The only hiccups I had were the bed (I sleep on a memory foam mattress, this was extra firm), and my door malfunctioned, and I wasn’t able to get back in my room temporarily. The desk staff was prompt to correct the situation and bring it to the attention of maintenance. Every employee I came in contact with was extremely polite, professional, and courteous. I will be staying at this hotel again without hesitation.

2 out of the 3 days we had great rooms and very clean. I had to
Make individual reservations per day because we kept having to stay for more work around the area. The 3rd day the comforter had quite a bit of stains on it. But overall the stay was always comfortable and pleasant. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.

Overall not a bad place to sleep. The rooms are smaller then the other Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed at. It was quiet and the staff was pleasant. The room was clean.

Front staff was uninformed and saying rooms were not ready for a 3:15pm check in. We were told we may have to wait for rooms to be cleaned and after confusion, a room turned out to be ready. Uninformed and very unprofessional communication by a very young staff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby area and the rooms are very clean, better that some of the hotels in bigger cities. I would not hesitate to stay here or recommend to someone. Thanks for a pleasant stay BW.

It’s an older refurbished 3 story building. But our 1st room had ants and termites around the window frame from inside the room. The staff is excellent.
