Tempat yang cukup nyaman serasa di rumah sendiri. Saran di setiap kamar disediakan tanda yang bisa mendeskripsikan bahwa kamar tersebut sudah waktunya dibersihkan atau belum. Terkadang housekeeping mengetuk pintu untuk menanyakan apakah kamar bersedia dibersihkan atau tidak padahal tamu masih tidur atau tamu sudah pesan ke resepsionis namun tidak diteruskan.
