I can’t say enough great things about this place. The service was spectacular - warm, accommodating, knowledgeable. It felt like each of the staff was the best at their job. The food was fantastic. I was skeptical because buffets are not usually good, but as the other reviews mentioned, this hotel takes a lot of pride in their food and it shows! Cleanliness is a huge deal for me and I didn’t have one concern over the course of the week we stayed there. We were upgraded to a suite and it was marvelous. It was perfect to have that extra living room space. The room was up to date, clean, and carefully planned in terms of storage space. My favorite was the shower - massive, strong pressure, no tile so super clean. I also really appreciated the bidet. I only wish the hotel had control over the area of beach right outside the hotel (and service). Finding a seat was a struggle, but none of that would deter me from returning.

The hotel is great. Staff amazing and attentive. Food is awesome! Rooms were recently renovated and are perfect! We would definitely come back! The only things we would change is: entertainment until 11pm (instead 22:15/30) and the part of the beach directly below the hotel had quite some sea grass on the first days, but that got better - plus the beach is an official one and not owned by the hotel.

Best hotel experience. Everything was perfect. The staff was astounding; their kindness, attentions (without being in the least obtrusive) and efficiency were remarkable. Fully deserved five stars. We were so happy we have already booked our room for next year.

This was our second visit (first time with the kids) and we had such a wonderful time. The level of service is the best I have seen. The staff gets to know everyone there and anticipates what you would like. They are so helpful and really make the experience special. My kids are 3 and 5 and we felt this hotel was perfect for their ages. The pool, beach, rooms, and restaurants were all moments away from each other which is a big plus with young kids. The pool was different and had areas that were great for my 3 year old learning to swim and also deeper areas that were nice for adults. The kids camp director kept checking in with us throughout the week on the daily activities which my kids participated in a couple. Both kids were crying when we had to leave today! The food was great! The fish was so fresh and the dishes were creative in how they were prepared that we never got bored. They had someone cutting fresh fruit every morning at breakfast and there were so many options we didn’t know where to start! This hotel was great when we went as a couple and as a family!! We are already planning our trip back for next year!

The Grupotel Park Natural on the island of Mallorca is one of the nicest Hotels our family has ever stayed at. This is definitely a “trust the reviews” type of choice. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first BECAUSE the reviews were overwhelmingly positive & we’ve been burned in the past by choices based on that. But I can confidently say that the 5 star rating is spot on. The search for a beach resort that’s steps away from the beach proved to be more difficult than expected, but thankfully that’s exactly what this resort was. If you can get a room in building 3 you’ll have a view of the ocean and be a short walk away from the beach. We’ve traveled all over the world and I can say that every staff member we encountered here was kind, courteous & extremely helpful. We’ve NEVER experienced service like we did here, everyone was great. (Special shoutout to Javi) The only gripes we had with our stay was that the beds were horrible. I know in EU two twins are what classifies as a king, but they were just flat out uncomfortable & were made up as two completely separate beds. Also, when the AC was on full speed there was a loud annoying noise that made it difficult to sleep every night. In the grand scheme of things these were very minor and were made up for by everything else. If you’re looking in this area don’t hesitate to book here. All around 5 stars!

This really is a special place. I read a lot of reviews and always take them with a grain of salt but this place lived up to it. Its a quaint place, not a large complex at all. A good mix of families with young kids and older couples. Not a party scene, just relaxation. Rooms were excellent. Well maintained and appointed and the beds were fantastic. Fairly quiet as well, with minimal noise from above or the corridors. We really stayed within the resort for all three days. Breakfast an dinner buffets were amazing spreads. At dinner you had an entree to choose from, if you wish, in addition to the buffet. The restaurant that was open for lunch during the day had a great view of the sea and the food list was impressive. The most amazing part, frankly, was the attentiveness of the staff. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and resorts, from Wyndhams to Sheratons to Ritz Carltons and Four Seasons. I don't think we've ever encountered a more friendly team of people. And we only stayed there 3 days and 2 nights at the end of a 10 day Spain trip. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every person you encounter says "hola" and almost all of them ask you how everything is going and if they can help with anything. All the time. Even in passing in a lobby. Clearly they have many return visitors and people return for a reason. You can tell they remember these people. It's really exceptional. For that reason alone, we will be back! We want to explore Mallorca further. As mentioned, this was a relaxing end to a busy trip through Spain. We look forward to a week or more at Grupotel in the near future.

Most attentive staff with each his/her own professional and yet amicable approach. Furthermore, this seaside hotel boasts ample luxurious facilities and well maintained spacious rooms full of amenities. We would very much enjoy a return visit. Gracias

Everything was phenomenal. The service staff was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner were beyond expectations. Location is perfect for beach access. No complaints. Room was clean and well maintained and the nightly entertainment was a nice touch. Will return.
