Large, modern, rustic country house "Son Fonoll", built in 1850, renovated in 2015, surrounded by fields. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Selva, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: property 11'000 m2 with lawn, orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: WiFi, table tennis, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 4.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, sandy beach "Alcudia" 25 km. Children's playground 3 km. Nearby attractions: Serra Tramuntana, Rutas ciclistas, Senderismo. Please note: car recommended. "Son Fonoll", 5-room house.
