Hotel in zona Palace, Seligenstadt

Mi ha posto in questa casa da Lufthansa (vergogna di loro), la stanza che mi fu data non aveva aria condizionata e la chiusura della porta era rotta, permettendo a un ubriaco di camminare nella mia stanza mentre cercavo di dormire un paio d'ore. La stanza era pulita, MA (1) la lampada da scrivania era rotta, il ventilatore di scarico del bagno sembrava avere la morte in giù e non c'era un apritore di bottiglia per aprire l'acqua in bottiglia, fornita Il ristorante ”così chiamato”. L'atmosfera non esisteva, la cameriera ha reso evidente che si poteva andare solo una volta al buffet. L'unica cosa buona del buffet era la lettuce fresca e il cucchiaio. C'era un servizio di verdura cotto che era disgustoso e acquatico. C'era una sorta di carne in una salsa bianca che era inedibile. C'era anche una salsa mal disidratata. Oh, l'hotel ha solo una stazione televisiva inglese, nessun computer nel lobby e nessun adattatore di potenza da prestare agli ospiti. L'unica cosa buona su questo posto è lasciarlo.

Abbiamo visitato questo ristorante qualche volta negli ultimi anni. Era un posto buono e un posto di famiglia dovuto. In realtà, siamo stati molto positivamente sorpresi dalla visita precedente. E' stato notevolmente migliorato. L'interno è stato bellissimo riparato e decorato. L'esterno è stato anche bellissimo migliorato. E, ovviamente, il più importante, il cibo è ancora in sospeso. Molto buona qualità e freschezza, molto ben presentato e molto delizioso. Il menu mostra una buona varietà di piatti tedeschi e alcune specialità locali. Il menu del vino non è troppo grande, ma offre una buona selezione di vini tedeschi e internazionali. Pastiamo un altro pranzo eccellente di recente e ritorneremo per essere sicuri. Se siete in un posto tranquillo per godere di cibo, natura e ospite tedesco, questo è il posto da andare.

Hotel nostalgico in stile 60/70 anni. Nel centro. Il parcheggio associato si trova tra due strade nel cortile. Mi piace semplicemente :))) e spero che la direzione dell'hotel sappia cosa ha per un tesoro e lo apprezzi. E spero che non ci sia nulla di aggiornato!!!! Moderno abbiamo abbastanza, ma questo qui, Questo ha stile ... Mi piacerebbe ringraziare l'ex proprietaria per questo sforzo, ma purtroppo non vive più. E' bello che ci siano persone con così tanta simpatia e rispetto per il passato. Vorrei ringraziare in questo momento alla tavola cucina, che ci ha fatto un fantastico colazione ogni mattina, tra cui anche un piccolo italiano. Anche il caffè era perfetto. Se torna Aschaffenburg, allora solo qui! :)

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel und wurden dort sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Check in ging sehr schnell, da alle Daten schon vorab ausgefüllt waren. Das Zimmer in der 4ten Etage war tadellos sauber und modern minimalistisch eingerichtet. Es gab einen Safe und eine kleine offene Möglichkeit seine Kleidung unterzubringen. In diesem Zimmer waren die Betten zwar nebeneinander aber geteilt. Das hat den Vorteil, dass die Betten dann je 0,90 cm breit sind. Im Bad waren sowohl eine Handseife als auch Duschzeug im Spender vorhanden. Abends kann man an der Rezeption/Bar noch etwas zu trinken bekommen, allerdings sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten dann im Frühstücksbereich -ergo- nicht sonderlich bequem. Erwähnenswert ist, dass es den ganzen Tag kostenlos Wasser/Tee/Kaffee gibt. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt, da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt und man die Möglichkeit hätte in der Stadt zu frühstücken. Als Tipp vorher schauen was geöffnet hat. Montags haben viele Restaurants/Cafés geschlossen. Wir empfehlen evtl. vorab zu reservieren.

Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.

Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

Il mio soggiorno è stato buono, ma vi sono segnali che il livello di servizio è diminuito un po' rispetto a quello precedente. L'hotel Delta ha ancora un grande valore per la posizione, camere pulite e belle, deliziose colazione e un servizio efficiente, ma vi sono stati molti dettagli mancanti e le camere hanno mostrato segni di indossamento e lacrime come tappeti in tessuto, superficie di divano indossate. Per iniziare, ho le chiavi dell'hotel Moxy. Una volta la casa non ha pulito la nostra stanza. Nessuno ha risposto ai miei testi e richieste sull'app e ho cercato di chiamare l'hotel per informare i nostri arrivi ritardati e nessuno ha preso. Dopo il checkout, sto ancora aspettando il mio foglio e hanno creditato solo 1 su 2 notti al mio conto Bonvoy. Per il loro credito, le richieste in loco sono state trattate immediatamente. Fortunatamente le piccole perdite non hanno influenzato il nostro soggiorno complessivo. Alla fine abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno e abbiamo avuto un buon valore rispetto ad altre opzioni Marriott in città.

The overall design and layout of the hotel, lobby and the rooms themselves was good, fresh and modern. There were a few issues however that detracted from my stay at the Niu Coin. -I requested a quiet room on my reservation and again on check in (as I needed a good nights sleep for the work I was doing) however the room I received I was awoken a few times during my stay with doors slamming in the corridor, the room doors are spring loaded and slam as people come and go during the night. -The shower curtain in the bathroom was heavily stained at the bottom and there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on one day of my stay -The own branded shower gel in the bathrooms smelt amazing but the container was almost empty -The Wi-Fi was entirely useless, on the one occasion i did need to work on a business document online the internet connection continually logged me out after 2 minuites. Positives - the breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was good and overall the cleanliness (other than the shower curtain) was good. The Niu Coin is a good concept and the website, design and layout lead me to believe the company has good vision for a modern hotel brand. However the operational delivery is somewhat lacking in places. The hotel management needs to re-focus on the basics such as cleanliness, maintaince and operational processes - these as all the least glamourous aspects of the hotel business but getting the basics right is key for everything else they're hoping to acheive
