Hotel in zona Çukuriçi Höyük, Selcuk

I booked a room for 2 people at Boomerang Guest House and paid around our usual price, AUD$45/28 euros a night. Dorm beds were quoted at AUD $19/night. When we arrived at the guesthouse in March 2023,  they said we had booked a dormitory room (mixed dorm) and pointed to some Turkish words on the booking confirmation which,  according to them, said we had booked a dormitory bed for each of us. That was not what was indicated when I went through the booking process, which stated I was booking a room, not a dormitory. The owner stonewalled and said we would have to pay extra to upgrade to a room of our own. That was odd, since the room I booked was the 'last one available' at the time, yet they had at least three spare private rooms. They claim that the problem stems from the fact that they only have a relationship with Expedia and something has gone wrong when they (Expedia) have shared the information with Agoda. At that point I confirmed with him that this same situation had happened before (for months!): he blamed Agoda for using the Turkish words to describe the room.  I said that if this was a situation which had misled people before,  then he needed to be the one to ensure it was fixed. He could easily contact guests beforehand to let them know,  in English,  their reservation was for a dormitory,  until the booking process was fixed. But never did. I contacted him prior to arrival about the check in time but he did not respond (He received the message on WhatsApp via his brother: he made the excuse that the phone number on Agoda is out of date and doesn't go directly to him). Of course, the whole excuse was simply deflection: blame some other third party and avoid accountability. Coincidentally, another person arrived as we were at reception who had experienced the exact same situation. She had booked what she thought was a room for her and her traveling companion but the two young girls were told they were sleeping downstairs in a dormitory with men. Her traveling companion left immediately and the Malaysian girl was left by herself. She booked through Agoda and also felt assured she had booked a private  room.  By then I could see a pattern emerging and thought this could be a scam. Sell a room for a normal price,  then charge more on arrival,  pointing to some Turkish words on the booking which talked about it being a dormitory that we'd unsuspectingly signed up for. When I questioned the owner why the only indication it was a dormitory was written in Turkish,  he said he didn't know and again put the blame on Agoda. I said that given people had been misled even before our arrival,  it was his responsibility to ensure changes to the wording were made. What made it even more suspicious was that when I took him through the process I undertook to make the booking on the Agoda app,  not only did I show him it clearly talked about booking a room, not a bed and no mention of a dormitory,  there were no dorm pictures shown AND even tonight as

Quando siamo arrivati, c'era un problema con le opere che la città faceva con le tubature d'acqua e dovevamo essere messi nel secondo Efeso (Giardino Efeso), che probabilmente non era così buono quanto quello che avevamo prenotato. Erano giusti e ci offriamo una cena gratuita e una bottiglia di vino. È stato bello, ma non sappiamo mai come sarebbe stato l’Efesos Livia. Le camere erano molto basilari, ma il servizio era molto buono, soprattutto Adnan. Una cosa da notare è che resti nella vecchia parte della città, che è grande, ma puoi sentire il cane e il grilletto dei vicini durante la notte! Le finestre non sono assolutamente pronte.

Abbiamo deciso di cercare un hotel vicino a What a Fest sulla spiaggia di Pamucak, dove abbiamo dormito con un gruppo di amici di quattro persone per sei notti, in una stanza di quattro persone con aria condizionata, e non c'era nessuna cabina a quattro persone. Un hotel molto pulito, la ricezione è stata pulita, il colazione era bella, il personale era molto interessato, un hotel familiare ci ha dato un bel aria condizionata. A 1 minuto dal Museo di Efes, a 10 minuti a piedi dal tempio di Artemis, a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal castello di Selçuk. a 5 minuti a piedi dalla città antica di Efes. a 3 minuti a piedi dall'autogara Selçuk. Da l'autogara a Sjirance, al Cuscade, alla spiaggia di Pamucak, alla città antica di Efes, ci sono molti posti per mangiare vicino all'hotel, il più semplice è il piazzatore sotto l'hotel e sono deliziosi...

Stavo qui con la famiglia di mio fratello e aveva un bel tempo. Le camere erano pulite, molto comode, tutte le attrazioni di cui hai bisogno. Il personale era molto attento. Il manager andò sopra e oltre per rendere la nostra permanenza memorabile. Godeva un drink al loro bar. Il ristorante aveva delizioso cibo!! È stato un ottimo lavoro per la nostra famiglia e la famiglia dei miei fratelli. Alloggio di 6 bambini! Tutti abbiamo goduto il loro colazione. Situazione centrale- carina vicinanza! Avrei consigliato molto questo hotel!

7/3 Per soggiornare, il capo è molto entusiasta e la stanza è pulita e calda, quindi le foto sono un po'fuori di luce perché arrivano pomeriggio.La nostra stanza 208, perché è vicino alla piccola strada, è molte strada in questa scatola, quindi se c'è un'auto che passa, si spaventerà (svegliarsi evitando 208). La colazione è ricca, ma la ciotola cinese non è troppo abituata, ma se tornerò a Efsa, continuerò a scegliere qui.Recentemente, la città antica di Efsa è aperta, puoi uscire dalla porta meridionale alla porta settentrionale entro 19:00, e poi uscire dalla porta settentrionale dopo 19:00, preferirei un guide turistico cinese.

Servizio e amicizia eccellente. Fate sentire come parte della famiglia e confortevole. Grande consiglio dato da tour per unirsi e luoghi per visitare, come pure dove mangiare... prendete il loro consiglio è sorprendente. La stanza era molto comoda e aveva tutto quello che voleva. È stato situato nella posizione perfetta per arrivare dove avete bisogno e volete andare. Veramente vicino ai ristoranti e alla chiesa di San Giovanni. La colazione era sorprendente e il caffè era probabilmente il migliore che abbia mai avuto in Turchia! Vi ringrazio per il vostro fantastico soggiorno!

L'hotel è molto bello, la camera è molto grande e la struttura è molto stile.La posizione è proprio al contrario del castello, e ci sono molti posti intorno a cena.L'hotel cammina circa dieci minuti dall'autobus di Sylvian, molto conveniente. Dopo aver visitato Efeso, siamo tornati all'hotel a tre chilometri a piedi, e ci vorranno circa quindici minuti a piedi per andare al tempio.

The hotel that made me feel the best, a home away from home, excellent location, 3 km from the scenic area, good facilities, good breakfast, convenient surroundings and very good dining restaurants. The warm and beautiful owner offered to personally give us a free tour of the Temple of Artemis and took us to the entrance to the ruins of Ephesus Mountain. The rooms were clean and the staffs are amazingly friendly and kind shows the hospitality of the turkish culture. Mehmet the hotel Manager was very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I will definitely go back here again soon. near from the bus station and temple of artemis
