Hotel in zona Saadet Hatun Hamam Museum, Selcuk

The hotel that made me feel the best, a home away from home, excellent location, 3 km from the scenic area, good facilities, good breakfast, convenient surroundings and very good dining restaurants. The warm and beautiful owner offered to personally give us a free tour of the Temple of Artemis and took us to the entrance to the ruins of Ephesus Mountain. I booked a room for 2 people at Boomerang Guest House and paid around our usual price, AUD$45/28 euros a night. Dorm beds were quoted at AUD $19/night. When we arrived at the guesthouse in March 2023,  they said we had booked a dormitory room (mixed dorm) and pointed to some Turkish words on the booking confirmation which,  according to them, said we had booked a dormitory bed for each of us. That was not what was indicated when I went through the booking process, which stated I was booking a room, not a dormitory. The owner stonewalled and said we would have to pay extra to upgrade to a room of our own. That was odd, since the room I booked was the 'last one available' at the time, yet they had at least three spare private rooms. They claim that the problem stems from the fact that they only have a relationship with Expedia and something has gone wrong when they (Expedia) have shared the information with Agoda. At that point I confirmed with him that this same situation had happened before (for months!): he blamed Agoda for using the Turkish words to describe the room.  I said that if this was a situation which had misled people before,  then he needed to be the one to ensure it was fixed. He could easily contact guests beforehand to let them know,  in English,  their reservation was for a dormitory,  until the booking process was fixed. But never did. I contacted him prior to arrival about the check in time but he did not respond (He received the message on WhatsApp via his brother: he made the excuse that the phone number on Agoda is out of date and doesn't go directly to him). Of course, the whole excuse was simply deflection: blame some other third party and avoid accountability. Coincidentally, another person arrived as we were at reception who had experienced the exact same situation. She had booked what she thought was a room for her and her traveling companion but the two young girls were told they were sleeping downstairs in a dormitory with men. Her traveling companion left immediately and the Malaysian girl was left by herself. She booked through Agoda and also felt assured she had booked a private  room.  By then I could see a pattern emerging and thought this could be a scam. Sell a room for a normal price,  then charge more on arrival,  pointing to some Turkish words on the booking which talked about it being a dormitory that we'd unsuspectingly signed up for. When I questioned the owner why the only indication it was a dormitory was written in Turkish,  he said he didn't know and again put the blame on Agoda. I said that given people had been misled even before our arrival,  it was his responsibility to ensure changes to the wording were made. What made it even more suspicious was that when I took him through the process I undertook to make the booking on the Agoda app,  not only did I show him it clearly talked about booking a room, not a bed and no mention of a dormitory,  there were no dorm pictures shown AND even tonight as

Stavo qui con la famiglia di mio fratello e aveva un bel tempo. Le camere erano pulite, molto comode, tutte le attrazioni di cui hai bisogno. Il personale era molto attento. Il manager andò sopra e oltre per rendere la nostra permanenza memorabile. Godeva un drink al loro bar. Il ristorante aveva delizioso cibo!! È stato un ottimo lavoro per la nostra famiglia e la famiglia dei miei fratelli. Alloggio di 6 bambini! Tutti abbiamo goduto il loro colazione. Situazione centrale- carina vicinanza! Avrei consigliato molto questo hotel!

È un posto dove stare sulla collina ... all'inizio, mi ha sconvolto, ma abbiamo trascinato il nostro corpo fino a quando potevamo. (Si raccomanda di non essere grandi e pesanti sacchetti, può rullare la collina, haha) È un semplice alloggio senza ascensore. Secondo le recensioni molto apprezzate, è stato un soggiorno necessario e sufficiente considerando la posizione comoda, le camere pulite e spaziose e il prezzo basso. Tuttavia, la colazione consigliata dall'hotel a pagamento (200 lire = circa 1.000 yen al prezzo del momento del soggiorno) era deliziosa, ma non era particolarmente consigliata, quindi immagino che non avrei dovuto ordinarla separatamente .

If there were to give 10 stars, I would need them for Nazar Hotel and its owner! The hotel is in a top location, easy to walk from there to the bus station, train station and all the restaurants and sights in Selcuk. We had a four bed room which was huge, spotless clean and cosy. The pool and garden are great to cool off; we also enjoyed food delivered there. The terrace where the breakfast is served, has incredible vistas of the Selçuk castle - a view we will never forget! The Turkish breakfast is delicious! A taxi to Ephesus is fast and cheap as the distance is not far. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, easy going and will do everything to not only make your stay a memorable one, but will also help and support with any other things. In our case we were waiting for contact lenses to be delivered to the hotel; they did not arrive on time from abroad so the owner then managed to have them delivered to us in Antalya on the same day. I don’t even want to know the hassle we put him through for this - for the owner it was the most normal thing to do; that is how he is and how he runs the hotel! 10 stars and more!

Durante il nostro tempo all'Hotel Boutique Nobel, tutto era perfetto, la posizione dell'hotel offre un facile accesso a tutti i principali luoghi turistici e ristoranti, con design in camera elegante e confortevole, e molto pulito. Il personale era molto carino e amico, ci ha dato un consiglio meraviglioso sulla città e ci hanno fatto del loro meglio per confortarci. Il Nobel Boutique Hotel ha tutto quello che ha bisogno per rendere inoltrabile il tempo che trascorrere in città. Visitarò di nuovo e consiglierò ai miei amici. Grazie per l'esperienza di alloggio eccellente! È un privilegio essere un Utente HMS.

We spent two days at the hotel. The owner (Sevilay) was an amazing host. She helped us with everything. The breakfast is excellent, which huge variety of food. We enjoyed the trip in this hotel so much. Is near yo the center with a lot of restaurants and bars. The location for visiting Ephesus is very easy, also for the others interesting places. The room is very comfortable and carefully decorated. We highly recommend this hotel and also thanks Sevilay for her kindness and help at any moment.

È un ottimo hotel, con personale molto cordiale e le strutture sono ottime. Le camere sono molto grandi, il complesso dispone di una piscina. La stanza è relativamente pulita. Prenoterei l'hotel ancora e ancora. Per il prezzo non si può sbagliare, ma bisogna tenere presente che questo hotel è fuori città, per così dire. A circa 4 km dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus, il percorso è su una strada. Tuttavia, ci sono autobus direttamente alla porta, purtroppo non molto spesso, quindi dovete tenerne conto quando scegliete un hotel. Se viaggiate in macchina o in motorino, sicuramente e se viaggiate con i mezzi pubblici, consentite abbastanza tempo per essere al sicuro e arrivare bene. Ma l'hotel non può fare nulla per la posizione

Vantaggi dell'hotel: 1. Servizio cordiale, il fratellino ha aiutato rapidamente il servizio di parcheggio; 2. La pulizia e il design della camera sono buoni sotto tutti gli aspetti; 3. Minibar gratuito; 4. C'è Starbucks al piano di sotto, dopotutto, come si può non bevi dieci yuan quando vieni in Turchia Una tazza dello Starbucks più economico del mondo; 5. La disinfezione è stata effettuata durante l'epidemia; 6. La posizione più importante è molto comoda e il lato opposto del piano di sotto è il mare. Lo svantaggio è che non si sa quali attività siano particolarmente rumorose di notte sulla spiaggia di fronte, e la musica suona fino alle due del mattino, ma potrebbe essere proprio oggi, e non dovrebbe essere normale, quindi nel complesso gli do un punteggio di 4/5.
