"The hotel is clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. The check in was breezy and room is just as in pictures, cozy and tidy. The breakfast was hearty and staff serving the breakfast are always smiley with such warmth and enthusiasm to assist. The parking is somewhat confusing and is not complimentary, hotel guests are charged RM6/entry. The hotel is connected to Paradigm Mall and it’s easy to access. The location is in the midst of the busy Skudai Highway and the traffic going and coming to this place can be a little unbearable but the stay itself was good."

"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM, feeling exhausted after a nearly 7-hour journey from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru. To make things worse, the shower room was clogged right after the first person used it. I also noticed that the toilet and the shower share the same pipe and the plumbing is very terrible design.
We called housekeeping, but they were unable to fix the issue. That night, we had to use the toilet and shower in another double-bed room on the same floor, just two or three doors down from ours. They promised that maintenance would come the next day to fix it.
Last but not least, although the toilet issue was eventually resolved, the TV in our room wasn’t working. Because of this, the kids couldn’t enjoy watching the cartoon channels, which was quite disappointing."

"La stanza è piccola senza finestre, ma non è crampo. Il pavimento è resistente e le lastre di letto non sono pulite. Ma è buona posizione, perché Family Mart è appena vicino alla porta e Fam Cafe con buon cibo anche accanto."

"modern and stylish the hotel was for its price point. It’s a hidden gem that offers great value, especially for a short weekend getaway.The interior decor has a chic, contemporary feel—definitely more “boutique hotel” than budget. The room was clean, nicely designed, and had a cozy vibe. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay.
The location is quite convenient too"

"For a 3-star hotel, it checked the boxes for functionality.
The lobby was spacious and comfy, and the little extras like the internet corner and drinks vending machine are nice. The room was clean and layout practical. I liked that the toilet was separated from the shower, and the mattress was firm enough. They also provided the usual two complimentary bottles of water.
A few wrinkles, however. The a/c unit is dated (but at least not cranky) - the vane swing didn't work, and the lumpy pillows were definitely past their prime. While no one expects luxury at this tier, a minor investment in new pillows would make a big difference, but overall, it was a practical stay."

"The hotel location is convenient.
The family room i booked, the 3 electrical plugs in the room only 1 can be used, but the service staff was very effective after consulting her supervisor, she immediate help us to change the another room that all the electrical is working."

GGM YeaL'hotel è molto vicino al Sutera Mall, e tutti i tipi di cibo. La mia stanza è accaduta davanti alla maschera e ho avuto un tempo di grande conoscenza guardando i fuochi d'artificio il giorno del nuovo anno. Ma l'Aircon ha cominciato a sciogliersi e a bagnarsi il pavimento la seconda notte, che è pericoloso per un vecchio coppia come me.

MMOHAMAD HAFIZ BIN ISMAILRecentemente sono rimasto in viaggio a Ulu Tiram. La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta. Le camere erano impeccabilmente pulite, e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e utile. Le strutture dell'hotel erano ben mantenute e piacevole da usare. In generale, il mio soggiorno al teatro era una splendida esperienza, e lo consiglio molto a chiunque si presenti.

IIandao NgFirst time staying at the hotel. Lobby has no aircon and feels stuffy and warm when we arrived in the afternoon at about 3pm. The carpark has a damp smell too.
Room is relatively clean and slightly big (at least not those super cramp type of rooms). No central aircon in the room but a standalone aircon which took a while to cool down the room (I set at 16 degrees full speed) when we first entered.
Noisy place where you can hear noisy motorbikes revving their engine as they rode along in the middle of the night. TV channels were limited though don't understand how come half the channels have no images at all.
One strange thing that I encountered for my first time while staying in a hotel. It was past 1am when I was woken up by some guests who came back late and could hear them talking along the corridor. Fine..no big deal. Then...when one of the guests took the shower, you can hear a loud wooooooong sound continously throughout the shower. It was like you turn on your tap and there is a hollow pipe noise that will sound continuously till you turn off the tap. That was the sound. It was loud and it lasted about 5 mins. Guess that was the time it took for that hotel guest to take his or her shower. It was freaking loud 😭.
Breakfast was simple and quite ok for the price. Nothing to shout about.

MMs FendiI recently stayed at Redpine Boutique Hotel for a short getaway, and overall, I had a fantastic experience but sadly theres no refrigerator in the hotel room. Location wise, it is very convenient. Theres a 24h minimart and other convenient stores that closes at midnight. Hope to come back and have a refrigerator installed in the room next time😁

Lastly, the front desk counter staff refused to extend our check out time as 1.00 p.m., so we have to rush our shower (Hot water must wait for at least 7 minutes time) after our breakfast time.
