Non mi aspettavo la camera ma va bene, solo il bagno era troppo piccolo

Il nostro aereo era in ritardo, per questo siamo arrivati tardi e stanchi, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora di alzata per il check-in, e quando dobbiamo alzarci presto il giorno successivo è inaccettabile. Il punto positivo è che abbiamo avvertito che saremmo in ritardo, che non ci sarebbe più un traghetto e che si è fatto il necessario per un taxi ad aspettarci all'aeroporto. Il pavimento della stanza non era molto pulito, abbiamo camminato a piedi nudi e la polvere si è collocato sotto. Per coroare tutto, dovevamo prendere il nostro colazione alle 6:00 per partire alle 6:30 con la navetta e tutto non era pronto per arrivare nel salone. Nonostante tutto il personale sia molto simpatico, è un peccato. Ci vorrebbero 2 persone per il check in quando c'è affluenza e che è tardi. Spero che questo commento vi aiuterà a migliorare la qualità del servizio.

È il mio primo viaggio da solista a Parigi. Anche se erano solo 2 giorni, sono stato trattato molto bene e volevo tornarci. Tuttavia, sulla navetta mentre tornavo a casa, l'autista mi ha toccato la coscia. Sembrava che il contatto fosse leggero, ma fece attenzione a non colpire il suo corpo. Ero preoccupato che non fosse stato detto nulla. Ho pianto un po' perché pensavo che fossero presi alla leggera perché ero una donna che viaggiava da sola. Era la mia prima volta a Parigi e molte persone sono state gentili con me, ma sono deluso che alla fine sia successo qualcosa di scioccante. Se sei una donna che viaggia da sola, non sederti mai accanto all'autista sul bus navetta.

Peccato che non ci sia l'aria condizionata durante l'ondata di caldo. Mi è stato detto che è un problema in tutto l'hotel, ma accogliamo con favore l'aria condizionata…

Super rapport qualité prix la chambre était simple et propre je n'en demande pas plus à ce prix là. L'hôtel ce situe dans un quartier très sécurisé avec une belle cours à l'intérieur l'emplacement est pratique pour aller dans Paris car il est bien desservi en transport

I’m going to do my best to give this a honest review- Both the Good & the bad. So here goes… My husband and my self stayed here for 3 nights from Monday 25th September- Thursday 28th September whilst visiting Disney land Paris Upon arriving at the hotel my first impressions were that it was a lot bigger than what I first imagined it to be. On the pictures the building looked quite small. On entering the hotel the staff were friendly and pleasant. They could speak both English and French which was helpful. The hotel was clean spacious and Tidy. The rooms also were very spacious- Basic but Clean and spacious. The toilet/ shower again was large and spacious. The bathroom was actually a wet room with a disabled chair on the wall so would be suitable for a disabled person. Personally I slept well throughout my stay & the bed was comfy despite a few missing slats but there wasn’t enough pillows on the bed We only had 1 small pillow each to sleep on which I managed to make the most of. However if you wanted to sit up in bed say to read or go on your phone it was very uncomfortable because your back was pressed against a hard wall. The next day we were up early and out at the crack of Dawn as we had a Disney land trip to take. We did not return back to the hotel until late. We returned back to discover the room had Not been cleaned or replenished. We realised it must have been because we forgot to put the sign on the door. Day 2 we left the hotel again early to get to Disney land & yet again returned back to the Hotel late on again to discover The room had not been cleaned for a second time even though we put the sign on the door giving the housekeepers the OK to do so- Only this time on returning we had No clean Towels. Hardly any Toilet Roll and 2 bins that were overflowing with Rubbish. My husband went down to reception and asked why our room had not been cleaned. The person on reception told him we was not entitled to it as we were only classed as a short stay. If we wanted our room cleaning we had to pay 9€ per day We we’re pretty shocked by this because we had just paid £379 to stay here which I know is not the most unreasonable but you still expect some service in with that price. I would have given this hotel a “good” rating however due to the lack of service it’s getting a poor. I don’t know how a hotel can expect 2 adults for 3 Nights & 4 days to survive of 1 bath Towel & 1 hand each And 1 toilet Roll for 3 days. Our condiment Tub was not filled on arrival there was no milk and a shortage of Tbags lucky for my I had brought my own but my husband was not able to have a coffee in the morning. Overall the stay was ok- The location was ok- But the service was poor- There is definitely room for improvements

Non mi aspetto lusso da un ostello, ma mi aspetto pulizia. Sulla superficie l'ostello sembra pulito. Ciò che conta è che le foglie e le matite sono pulite. Tuttavia, guardate oltre e vedrete che è fresco e ovviamente non ha mai dato una profonda pulizia. Il lato inferiore del basso è quello che deve essere mesi e mesi di cibo rotto, vecchie calze, sporco e polvere che è stato permesso di raccogliere. Il mio gruppo aveva dei flussi di sangue da un bug squarciato (e mosquiti vivi che volano intorno), nonché delle impronte dita sticky in tutto il letto pannelli e finestra.Inoltre, il livello sonoro è pazzesco. Capisco che una venerdì la gente vuole festeggiare, quindi il bar ha fatto saltare la musica e le camere del primo piano non sono prove sonore - non mi importava. Mi annoio il fatto che si sbattevano la musica attraverso i portavoce nelle 1st floor toilet/shower rooms. Perché?! Questo rendeva la stanza e le strade ancora più rumorose. L'unica cosa che mi risparmiava è la posizione (e il wi-fi gratuito). Può sentirsi un po' dodgy camminare da sola come una donna alla notte, ma così può qualsiasi grande città ... L'ostello è vicino a alcuni grandi bar, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche (per esempio il cimitero di Père Lachaise). Mi consiglierei di assumere una bici per andare in giro - ci sono un paio di stazioni di bici Vélib a pochi passi da.

Je suis une habituée, c’est un bon hôtel. J’ai eu un soucis avec la réception en espérant que cela vas s’arranger. Je retournerai probablement une fois de plus. Sinon c’est un hôtel propre et plutôt neuf

Il nostro treno Eurostar è stato ritardato e controllato dopo mezzanotte. Il ricevitore della notte è stato amichevole ed efficiente, in modo da poter riposare confortevolmente nella stanza senza alcun problema. La stanza è molto elegante e il piano per la finestra di soffitto permette tonnellate di luce naturale nella stanza. Purtroppo non ho tempo per esplorare l'hotel, vorrei prendere un drink al bar al tetto la prossima volta! Questo sarà il mio hotel a Parigi da ora in poi!

Per un hotel a 2 stelle, questo è eccellente. Situato a pochi minuti dalla stazione RER e viaggiando come una donna solitario in una sedia a rotelle non mi sono mai sentito incomodo intorno alla zona. L'hotel era pulito, l'ascensore abbastanza grande, amato che la camera accessibile potesse essere facilmente prenotato online, il colazione eccellente e le scelte decente per il prezzo. La stanza era abbastanza grande da muoversi in sedia a rotelle, il piatto del letto è sempre buono, grande bagno bagnato bagnato soddisfa le mie esigenze. Bin vuoti, letto fatto e asciugamani sostituiti se necessario ogni giorno. Se sentissi i treni un po'ma non male, si fermavano tra mezzanotte e sei ore.
