Experience a vacation full of comfort and relaxation in our modern accommodation in the countryside! Here, you will find the perfect retreat for up to 12 people. What sets us apart? Our house impresses with excellent amenities and comfortable furnishings that leave no wishes unfulfilled. Every detail has been carefully selected to make your stay unforgettable. Our house offers the ideal base for active vacationers and those seeking relaxation. _______________ The Accommodation Directly in front of the house, there is a parking space for your vehicle. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people and spans generously over 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a wardrobe, and a living room with access to the terrace and your private garden. A fully equipped kitchen is also available. A staircase leads you to an open and welcoming living area with a kitchen and bar. The centerpiece of this room is the dining table, which comfortably seats 12 people. On this floor, there are three more bedrooms, a bathroom, and access to the large terrace (with dining table and chairs // terrace furniture is available from May to September, depending on the weather and temperature). A glass-partitioned staircase in the center of the room leads to the attic. There, you will find a cozy atmosphere with a wooden vaulted ceiling. On one side of the room, there is a large styling area with two tables and illuminated mirrors. In the center is a comfortable couch with a TV. On the other side of the room, separated by a floor-to-ceiling glass wall, is an office with a desk. A special highlight is that part of the ground floor can be used as a separate unit. This unit offers a wardrobe, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, and a living space with a kitchen, a small dining area, and a living room. Our communal pool area features a solar-heated pool (10x5 m) with seating and sun loungers for a relaxing time and sunbathing. The pool is open from May until the end of August (daily from 8 AM to 8 PM) – depending on weather and outside temperature. The pool area is accessible to our entire house, which contains 3 bookable accommodations and is shared. In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for daily necessities. You only need to bring your personal items, cosmetics, and groceries. Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. _______________ For better coexistence, we kindly ask for strict adherence to quiet hours (12-2 PM and 10 PM-8 AM). Parties or events in our accommodation are not allowed. _______________ Dear Guests, During the booked period, the entire amenities are exclusively at your disposal. A special highlight is that part of the ground floor can be used as a separate unit. This unit offers a wardrobe, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, and a living space with a kitchen, a small dining area, and a living room. ________________ Our laundry facilities are available to you upon request. If you would like to use them, we will gladly reserve a 4-hour laundry slot for you and provide detergent as well as a drying rack. A fee of 20 EUR is charged for the use of the facilities for 4 hours. —— A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged for reserving a travel baby cot and a high chair, including bedding, prior to your arrival. Please contact us in advance. —— The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you upon request. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour for charging your car.
