Right from entering the Hotel at the start of our holiday to the last night our holiday it was above our expectations. Excellent service and very clean/well kept throughout the hotel. The words I use is civilised and refined. Not your normal all inclusive with plastic glasses and really cheap drinks. It was lovely to drink Wine and Prosecco out of proper wine/prosecco glasses. We didn't go for breakfast at all as we go not eat so early in the morning. I would recommend a bit more selection at lunch with the salad, not just sausage and cheese. IE: Egg or Tuna. I know we were in Austria and it's Austrian food but the selection other than salad was limited. The food and table service at evening meal was very good. It was nice to try different types of food. The hotel is very close to all amenities and only a few minutes walk to the train station. All in all wonderful enjoyable holiday, even though we went travelling out each day the pace of life is so relaxed nothing felt rushed. I would recommend the Bergland Hotel to anyone visiting Seefeld. The best airport to fly to and from is Innsbruck. Only a 40 minutes transfer. Where as Salzburg was 3 hours .

We had a canny 2 week holiday. Met some lovely people, guests too. Positives- Staff were top notch. Big thanks to Sandy( fab sense of humour) Orlando( F Towers touch of) Roland, Mario, Anita, Roman, Josef, Simon ( potential model/ diva) Ladies on reception lovely when asked questions - most helpful. Housekeeping fantastic. Our room, mountain views to the rear, very quiet. Pool area lovely, although noisy kids didnt give a feeling of tranquility. Why not limit the noisy kids to a specific time? 2 hrs/ day slot. Dteadful at times. Easily avoidable. Hotel very clean and tidy. Negatives- dinner menu needs a serious upgrade. I.ll explain. 1st Course:Salad buffet starter fine. 2nd Course: Another salad! Why? Sometimes no veggie option here. Very small, pointless - often tasteless. 3rd Course: Soup - usually ok, but sometimes, again no veggie option. 4th Course - Mains- fish or meat or veggie. This was the biggest disappoitment for me. Fragments of meat often, surrounded by some tasteless beans, lentils, piece of broccoli etc. For goodness sake, a full slice of meat, 2 spuds, 2 veg, nice sauce etc would be way more preferred. Too fancy, too often, for me. The meat feast night, with lamb shanks, chicken, beef, pork etc ,why not split that lot over the other nights' main dishes? Many will disagree with this point. I know many loved their mains.5th Course: Sweets - only one choice - mostly fine- usually a big batch make, then spooned into small glasses. I would have loved more apple strudel, ice-cream as an alternative, a cheesecake or 3, a piece of gateau etc. Way too limited! 6th Course: Cheese - great choice. No complaints but where were the cheese biscuits, just bread? Really?

Brilliant hotel. Very welcoming, all the staff were lovely and helpful. We had a lovely room 402 with a balcony. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and they made a fuss of us. I would definitely recommend the Bergland hotel for a holiday. Very central and well served with transport bus and trains.

I loved this hotel! My room was immaculate and very comfortable, the public areas were beautifully renovated and the outdoor space was a great place for drinks in the evening. The location was perfect and a very short walk to the train station and town centre. The food was amazing, very tasty and healthy as well - I didn't try a single thing that I didn't enjoy. There was plenty of variation in the main courses throughout the week and the salad bar had plenty of options. The bar was well stocked and there was a selection of speciality teas available which was a nice touch. Finally, the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and very helpful with any queries I had.

The Hotel Bergland is a fantastic hotel, set in a wonderful location, with perfect access links close by for travel to other resorts Staff and management are super friendly and helpful, focused on delivering excellent service The food is outstanding, i've never tasted food so tasty, michelin star standards prepared for all evening meals, with excellent wine to compliment the meals Music was also provided on 2 evenings , which was very relaxed and enjoyable I will be returning in several years time, and hopefully the same management will be in place Thank you the Daschil family and staff for a fantastic holiday

Been lucky enough to have been here for the third time in just over a year and have our fourth already booked and like my heading said it’s like Home from Home. The Family and staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you and would be hard to single anyone out as they all go that extra mile. See there was some new staff learning the ropes and with the guidance of the experienced team behind them they will get to their standard of service to their level. With a holiday here you can do as little or as much as you want as you just feel so relaxed we did always go for a few walks thankfully as with all the lovely food think I may have put more weight on than I did love the Tyrolean evening and the Gala night but all the food is great. Guests can also make a big part of your holiday as well and on all three visits met some very nice people too many to mention but helps with the relaxed vibe of the hotel . So if you are thinking of going to this hotel you won’t be disappointed friendly Family, Staff, lovely Rooms, Cakes at 15.00pm and great Breakfasts and Dinner. See you again very soon. Tony & Tracy

We felt the Hotel, Staff, Location and Service were all excellent, however just one niggle, the Wifi! It was difficult to even download newspaper never mind stream TV, mentioned to Reception, to be advised that it was OK in the next room! Also that too many people were accessing it. Not really a reasonable answer. Made digital life very difficult, otherwise all OK.

I strongly recommend this all-inclusive hotel. The food and drink were of excellent quality, with an emphasis on local specialities and wine, changing each day. The room was clean and comfortable, as were the communal areas, and there is large pleasant garden for sunbathing. Gowns and slippers are provided for those using the small indoor pool and Nordic spa. Wi-fi is free and perfectly adequate. Good entertainment was provided on two nights. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The adjacent lake (Wildsee) is good for a quiet stroll and birdwatching, and there are several hiking routes directly from the hotel. The railway and bus stations are a few minutes walk away (there is free local transport for visitors) and the cable car to Rosshuette (with access to more strenuous hiking routes) is not much further.

Highly recommend this hotel as we had a wonderful stay. The food was excellent and varied. There was a lot of choice and it was all well presented. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We took the train into Innsbruck which was a lovely scenic journey and the helpful staff at the train/bus station advised us on the group rate fare as there were four of us. We also used the free bus tourist pass to go the the gorge (two buses away but was very easy). We saw a leaflet for the alpaca farm and enjoyed the walking with alpacas experience. This was walkable from the hotel - 25 minutes. All in all we had a great time and would love to return to the bergland hotel.
