Struttura pulita e molto moderna, situata in una zona strategica rispetto all'aeroporto e per cenare la sera. Personale disponibile, camera spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort. Colazione molto buona, parcheggio gratuito e comodo. Molto bella la piscina e la zona relax al settimo piano; buono rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ho soggiornato presso il residence Kempinski in un appartamento bilocale strepitoso, dotato di ogni comfort per non parlare del bagno: stupendo . Devo comunque dire che alcune scelte di arredamento sono belle ma scomode, ma si sa gli architetti pensano all'apparire e non alla sostanza !!! Un grazie al personale che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, un particolare ringraziamento alla lady in red Helina per la professionalità e disponibilità mostrata. Un altro grazie a tutto il personale della piscina/mare per tutto ciò che ha fatto per rendere piacevole il soggiorno dal punto di vista balneare. Consigliatissimo.

It's an absolute pleasure to review Remas Hotel Suites as a positive experience. From the first enquiry, to the end of our stay there was nothing to fault. The initial queries regarding the property were quickly and efficiently handled by the front office staff; giving some confidence that if booked we would not be disappointed. I would rate Jose, Lindo & all front office as 'A' grade personnel, who, from arrival ensured we had a complimentary early check-in from an overnight flight, similarly we were afforded a complimentary late check out to meet our airport departure. There is so much to commend about this accommodation; despite not being in central Muscat it has a nearby supermarket should you require anything, although there is very little anyone would require from outside, as the facilities and service are excellent. The food service again was very very good(excellent really). We had breakfast served in the on-site restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on occasion for dinner, and used room service on many occasions. Farhan & Prakash ensured we were looked after very well, with high quality food in both presentation and taste; the portions are large, and delicious. Compliments to the chef! Our room was big, having two bathrooms, two tv's, a seperate kitchen area, a dining table, a couch in a comfortable seating area, also a large comfortable bed. Despite being close to a major road the room was peaceful, and quiet; we slept well. Although I didn't use it, there is an exercise centre that I'm sure would meet ones needs. The swimming pool is divided into two large, one deep, and one not so, circular shapes with umbrellas and lounges, this is open until late in the evening; the only thing I would recommend here is a partial shade sail could be of benefit. Jose from the front office arranged a chauffeur, Mahommad, to ensure our stay was positive from our arrival; later we utilised a hire car for more extensive travel. There is plenty of on-site parking that is secure with a 24 hour monitored front office presence. We loved our stay, only wishing it could have been longer. Loz

It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Overall I enjoyed staying here. A couple of areas this hotel can do to even be a better stay are: 1. Room doors don’t seem to block any noise from the hallway.. We literally could hear people opening and closing doors and could hear their conversations. 2. The breakfast was great! But we initially we were told it’s going to be in the restaurant area and then ended up in the rooms. I think better communication would’ve been useful. Again, the food was great and actually very affordable. A side note: I woke up with the sun in my eyes in the morning because the small bathroom window was basically aligned to the bathroom door and into the bed (not serious, but could be fixed perhaps)..

Hotel vicino all’aereoporto, check in/out h24, comodo per transfert o orari notturni dei voli. La camera era spaziosa e il letto comodo, uniche due note negative: fortissimo odore di sigaretta nonostante la richiesta della camera non fumatori e tappo del lavandino in bagno bloccato quindi non scaricava l’acqua. Noi abbiamo usato la camera per 7/8h quindi abbiamo passato sopra a queste piccolezze. Nota di merito al ragazzo che ci ha portato le valigie in camera: gentilissimo!

Le personnel est super, à l’écoute, pleins de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour qui font plaisir. Le chef est d’une gentillesse incroyable, ses plats sont très bon. Un grand merci a Nancy, au chef Hemraj et à la manager du restaurant. Nous avons passer un super séjour .

Eccellente hotel, pulito, funzionale e comodo. A pochi km dall'aeroporto. In una zona in cui non c'è molto, ma in 10 minuti si raggiunge qualunque cosa Lo consiglio assolutamente, check in e out velocissimo, rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile.

E' stata una terribile esperienza che ho avuto su questa proprietà (citadine al ghubrah muscat) Io stava viaggiando quasi 24 ore per vacanze, ho scelto questo hotel per rimanere vicino all'aporto, purtroppo ho scelto l'hotel sbagliato, Quando il check-in della signora ricevente mi chiede un pagamento completo per il soggiorno, non ho abbastanza contante. Ma ho $ dollari con me, il costo totale del mio soggiorno è solo omr. 22 ho 15 omr e il resto 7 omr. Pagherò per dollari, ho informato la signora ricevitrice che pagherò il resto con dollari, ha detto che l'hotel non accettare dollari, mi è stato detto che sono appena venuto dall'aereo e sono così stanco che pagherò il resto alla sera. Devo scambiare i miei dollari fuori, o mia cugina verrà la sera e pagherà il resto del costo di Omr solo. 7 o altrimenti io cuarentenerò il mio ID o passaporto per tenere, scambierò i dollari fuori per la sera, ma lei mi rifiutò di controllare, ora mi rendo conto della discriminazione /criticism, ho deciso di andare fuori e controllare in un altro hotel, Grazie a Dio altri hotel molto considerato non chiedere nemmeno il deposito nemmeno l'id's qurantee, spero che altri ospiti non avranno lo stesso trattamento che ho avuto, dovrete migliorare la vostra ospitezza e servizio, soprattutto il personale di front office, Non ho mai prenotato questo hotel più,molte scelte a Muscat.
