It's an absolute pleasure to review Remas Hotel Suites as a positive experience. From the first enquiry, to the end of our stay there was nothing to fault. The initial queries regarding the property were quickly and efficiently handled by the front office staff; giving some confidence that if booked we would not be disappointed. I would rate Jose, Lindo & all front office as 'A' grade personnel, who, from arrival ensured we had a complimentary early check-in from an overnight flight, similarly we were afforded a complimentary late check out to meet our airport departure. There is so much to commend about this accommodation; despite not being in central Muscat it has a nearby supermarket should you require anything, although there is very little anyone would require from outside, as the facilities and service are excellent. The food service again was very very good(excellent really). We had breakfast served in the on-site restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on occasion for dinner, and used room service on many occasions. Farhan & Prakash ensured we were looked after very well, with high quality food in both presentation and taste; the portions are large, and delicious. Compliments to the chef! Our room was big, having two bathrooms, two tv's, a seperate kitchen area, a dining table, a couch in a comfortable seating area, also a large comfortable bed. Despite being close to a major road the room was peaceful, and quiet; we slept well. Although I didn't use it, there is an exercise centre that I'm sure would meet ones needs. The swimming pool is divided into two large, one deep, and one not so, circular shapes with umbrellas and lounges, this is open until late in the evening; the only thing I would recommend here is a partial shade sail could be of benefit. Jose from the front office arranged a chauffeur, Mahommad, to ensure our stay was positive from our arrival; later we utilised a hire car for more extensive travel. There is plenty of on-site parking that is secure with a 24 hour monitored front office presence. We loved our stay, only wishing it could have been longer. Loz

Ho soggiornato presso il residence Kempinski in un appartamento bilocale strepitoso, dotato di ogni comfort per non parlare del bagno: stupendo . Devo comunque dire che alcune scelte di arredamento sono belle ma scomode, ma si sa gli architetti pensano all'apparire e non alla sostanza !!! Un grazie al personale che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, un particolare ringraziamento alla lady in red Helina per la professionalità e disponibilità mostrata. Un altro grazie a tutto il personale della piscina/mare per tutto ciò che ha fatto per rendere piacevole il soggiorno dal punto di vista balneare. Consigliatissimo.

Ottima atmosfera, molto rilassante e rigenerante. Personale sempre cortese, attento e premuroso. Cena in hotel ottima (thanks to Chaminda who assisted us during the dinner, it was a pleasure to know you!) La colazione è molto abbondante e varia, ottima per iniziare la giornata. Soggiorno perfetto!

Hotel vicino all’aereoporto, check in/out h24, comodo per transfert o orari notturni dei voli. La camera era spaziosa e il letto comodo, uniche due note negative: fortissimo odore di sigaretta nonostante la richiesta della camera non fumatori e tappo del lavandino in bagno bloccato quindi non scaricava l’acqua. Noi abbiamo usato la camera per 7/8h quindi abbiamo passato sopra a queste piccolezze. Nota di merito al ragazzo che ci ha portato le valigie in camera: gentilissimo!

Le personnel est super, à l’écoute, pleins de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour qui font plaisir. Le chef est d’une gentillesse incroyable, ses plats sont très bon. Un grand merci a Nancy, au chef Hemraj et à la manager du restaurant. Nous avons passer un super séjour .

Arrivando a Muscat di sera abbiamo scelto di dormire la prima notte nei pressi dell'aeroporto. La scelta di questo hotel si è rivelata valida. Buon prezzo, belle camere, colazione discreta. Si raggiunge facilmente in pochi minuti. L'unica pecca è che l'accesso all'hotel non è semplice. Pur vedendolo in lontananza non riuscivamo a capire come arrivare in quanto bisogna praticamente entrare nel parcheggio di un altro hotel e attraversarlo. Sarebbe molto utile un cartello che indichi chiaramente la direzione. Per il resto Muscat Gate Hotel è un'ottima soluzione per pernottare in questa zona.

Brand nuovo hotel e pulito. Mi piaceva il mio soggiorno qui e resterò qui di nuovo se sono mai tornato a Muscat. Non c'è molto nella zona, ma è in arrivo e arriva e corto trasferimenti alla spiaggia e alla moschea. Il personale era amichevole e il colazione era piuttosto buono. - Alto consiglio!

Puli, comodi, nuovi, freschi. Piscina di lavoro. Buona sala fitness. Camere sono comode. E' piuttosto semplice. Per raggiungere l'hotel e uscire da esso confortevole, è necessario avere una macchina o un taxi. Non si mettono scarpe e mantelle, e si tratta di piccole difetti di pulizia.
