"We stayed here for three nights with our travel group (78 people) in two coaches. When we arrived, another coach was already parked in front of the building, but this was never a problem for the hotel and its staff. You never noticed that the hotel was so full. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager Christoph and were given our room assignments. The rooms are comfortably furnished and were always very clean. With the window open, you sleep with the sound of the stream, which can be very loud in some rooms. The very friendly staff were always there for us to our complete satisfaction. I would particularly like to mention the barmaid Doris. Shortly after our arrival, she knew us by name. Great. The whole ambience and of course the food are excellent. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, I was unable to use the wellness facilities and the indoor pool. But I will make up for that on my next visit. We spent four wonderful days in Mallaun with nice people, good music and great Tyrolean hospitality. Many thanks to all the staff."

"As a person with many allergies, I was treated very well. Every evening with the room staff and the whole kitchen was thought about the menu for the next day so that every evening I got a full and safe menu. Everyone was super lovely and understandable, something that is not all the way evident. Also at breakfast was nothing to notice. It was all up to the point in order, all fresh and very tasteful. You got the tastes of Austria on your plate and everything you need to start a new ski day. The rooms were also top! All was very clean, every day new towels. In short, notice nothing!"

"Grande posizione! Dritto attraverso i bergbahnen per vedere le corse sci. E anche un bus a destra se si vuole andare a Kappl o Ischgl per sci, con la vostra sci. Sono dotate di sci e sci per asciugare il vostro apparecchio tra le viaggi di sci. E c'è anche un noleggio di sci lungo la strada."
