Phenomenal hotel and staff!!!! Chris at the reception desk was incredible. We were apprehensive about our room at first since we got in so late. Chris was willing to allow us to cancel without penalty if we were unhappy. So glad we didn't... because once we had the most peaceful night sleep and the sun rose to greet us, we had a breathtaking view of the red rocks! Roof top view and meditation point also a plus. Pool area relaxing and spacious Everything about our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

This is a very nice 3+ star resort and we had an excellent experience. I read some negative reviews so I was a bit worried. Our king suites was as pictured on the website. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Big jetted bathtub was a pleasant surprise Really enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was nice as well although the lounge chairs could be upgraded. When our plans changed unexpectedly hotel staff was helpful and allowed us a late checkout Location is good as well. Close to the downtown Sedona shops and restaurants but far enough away the enjoy the night sky.

The Hilton Grand Vacation spot in Sedona needs major work. The thermostat didn't work right in our room (auto fan wouldn't go on/off). The rerefrigerator was so noisy - ran loud on and off all night mutiple times. Has to be super old to make that much noise. The room overall was very dated with worn furniture and bathroom fixtures. They say they just bought the place, but they need to upgrade the rooms. It was worth maybe $120 per night, and we of course paid in the $250 range (sign unseen). Consumers expect a nice experience for that price. Also, no coffee shop, no bar, not even a small market to buys snacks. Again, lower the price if you are offering a low price experience. The staff was pleasant and the pools/jacuzzis were nice. I will definitely not go back to this location when I return to Sedona.

Luogo fantastico
Amara Resort & Spa
4.3/5102 Recensioni
We are not staying at Amara, but came for dinner at Saltrock on October 20th. Our server for dinner Lydia was delightful and took excellent care of us. We overheard her saying that she had been there all day yet she was very attentive and courteous. Amy, the hostess, handled a busy crowd with grace. The parking attendants ( didn’t get their names) were very polite and efficient.
