The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome. We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play. However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home! There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep. Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night. The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional. All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid. However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

The room is adequate. Our family has a queen-sized bed and a king-sized bed. It is on the third floor and overlooks the main road and a small cemetery in the distance. The third floor is accessible by stairs from the second floor which is the highest level served by the lift. The hotel is within walking distance to a Lotus hypermarket, a convenience store and a family pub. A halal eatery is on its ground floor. Coffeeshops serving simple fare are on the same row. The hotel appears to be undergoing an upgrade at this time. Note that the room did not come with a fridge and the air-conditioning was just ample despite setting it at a low temperature.

The room and capsule is very new. Receptionist is very friendly and nice! Very value for money, highly recommend. Will return in future 👍🏻

The washroom is clean.The room is o.k but the wifi is weak.Just a little far to my location work.Just need to go to work early as i know need to use more then 30min go to work..

Room floor was oily. No customer service attitude. Counter took their time to attend to customers. No night life around the area. They provide water coolers. Old hotel but nice design. Not much plugs in each room.

Situato a Kulai, un conveniente 10-minute Grab percorso dall'aeroporto di Johor Bahru. L'ho usato come hotel di transito. Ho organizzato un check-in tardivo via WhatsApp, che era liscio. La camera da letto era pulita. A/C ha funzionato bene. La ricezione non sapeva la password wifi sul pavimento che ho soggiornato, quindi dovevo usarla sulla ricezione. In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno al N45 e lo consiglierei.

Non è un cattivo luogo, La pulizia media della camera, la porta igienica ha rumore una volta che ho provato a swing aprirlo . Dal momento che l'hotel si trova sulla strada principale, il rumore da passare attraverso i veicoli non può essere evitato. La prova sonora non è ancora standard, sento rumore dai corridoi anche la porta è chiusa.
