Very nice location and very nice view for this stone house but with modern comfort (WiFi, TV 80cm, underfloor heating, fitted kitchen, many openings)...- Completely renovated (2011), it is bright, functional and warm,- Enclosed grounds of 1000 m²,- 300m from the sea, the GR34 and the pier for the island of Bréhat,- In a very calm environment,- Living area of 80 m²,- Rental for 5 people.- Charges included (water, electricity, wifi, tourist taxes, except cleaning). Heating is of course included in winter / autumn. Floor heating on the ground floor, individual radiators upstairs. ! The stove / chimney is unfortunately out of service!Ground floor:Entrance onto a large living room with its beautiful staircase which separates two spaces: the first with its (equipped) kitchen, its central island and a large farmhouse table.
