"L'hotel è vecchio, le camere, i bagni nelle aree pubbliche, soprattutto. Se si arriva al bar della piscina si può aspettare per sempre per il servizio - nessuno si rivolge, si girano da voi mentre camminano oltre. Non so perché si chiama ”alta classe tutti inclusivi”... poiché non c'era succo fresco, Red Bull gettato 3 euro, hanno fatto il mojito virgin cocktail con foglie di menta già colore marrone. Animazione è media durante il giorno, meglio la sera. Non ci sono abbastanza letti solari - è necessario cacciarli. Tovaglie vicino alle 6:00 quando molti bambini sono ancora nella piscina e hanno bisogno di una tovagliola; e nessun guardiano di vita. Il territorio con la piscina è bella."

"Eravamo in gennaio. Naturalmente, non ci aspettavamo di vedere tutta la bellezza dell'hotel, ma notiamo che la piscina lavorava con il riscaldamento e serviva i camerieri. E' offensivo che, nonostante il buon tempo solare per i bambini, non c'era alcuna attività in strada, tutto è stato tenuto nella stanza. Qui su questa parte (animazione per bambini) non posso dire niente di cattivo, ma anche poco buono (soddisfazione è scarsa, tempo vuoto è pieno di visualizzazione delle multitudini o premio, animatori spesso si siedono al telefono e più brevemente sul rilassamento in qualche modo tutto era). Sono andati in terra di leggende, fresco, ma per bambini con una crescita inferiore a 130 cm poche attrazioni. Non c'è domande da mangiare, tutto è delizioso, a volte qualche cibo scompare dalle casse e non è apparso per molto tempo. Il parco acquatico è in riparazione, in estate non sappiamo cosa e come funziona. Il personale di servizio è buono, di tutto tipo e responsabile."

"Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!"
