Hotel in zona Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra, Seattle

We have been staying at the Nexus for over 11 years and they never disappoint. The beddings are so comfortable, I always have a sound sleep. Everything about the room is lovely. Also, it is very clean and offers free shuttle service to and from most of the major hospitals. Being right off the freeway is very convenient for easy access. What we love about every stay is the excellent servicse, kindness, and professionalism we received consistently. Even the manager, Bridget, though so busy, is very personable, and caring. All her employees, especially Kathy, John, and Drew are always accommodating and willing to help. The whole staff is so efficient and just lovely. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the other employees that have been so kind and helpful. The Nexus also offers a yummy hot and cold buffet breakfast, fitness center, and laundry. They share the parking with an outstanding restaurant, Saffron, which offer a delicious and huge menu, offering Mediterranean, Indian, and American food. So grateful Nexus. See you soon.

I was told by Courtyard Marriot that my stay would be covered by Medicaid because I was traveling to a local hospital. I made sure to get that information before booking and was told by them that all I needed was a voucher which I took time to get before traveling. I arrived and the front desk worker was being rude to the two people ahead of me in line. My turn was no different, rude and irritated. Then he said that they wouldn't accept my voucher even though they had told me over the phone this was what to do just a few days prior, then he tried to make this my fault because I didn't remember the employees name that I spoke to. He started implying that we should just cancel the reservation, at midnight, when I had just arrived to the hotel from Alaska with my wife and young child for medical reasons. Then he told me it was 159 a night and charged me 205 a night without telling me the total, and he said it wouldn't post to my account until we checked out and it pulled the money immediately. I spoke to management the next day and they didn't help at all just saying that they stopped taking Alaska Medicaid two years ago and they didn't do anything to right the wrongs made by telling me they would accept it a few days prior. I've travelled a lot in my life, this hotel is nothing special and if you are paying full price it is not worth the stay. The view from the room is a joke unless you like alleyways and staring in other people's windows across the street. The parking is incredibly tight and if you're driving a truck DO NOT go down to the second floor of the parking garage because it very well may not fit, we only had about 2 inches of clearance there. The room was nothing special, you can tell they tried to do some ”styling” and I honestly thought the cabinets were broken because they looked so tacky and strange. Breakfast was a 4/10 and it was not included with the room. It is located right next to a bus stop and there were a lot of homeless people hanging around. If everything else in town is booked this place will get you by, but if you have other options I would strongly consider them. The biggest issue for me was them not honoring what they told me over the phone and making no attempt to correct their mistake and putting my family in a tricky situation at midnight while we were dealing with medical needs after I followed their exact instructions.

Spot dolce nel cuore del quartiere di Ballard di Seattle. Camere piccole ma molto pulite e confortevoli con cucina e macchine espresso. Molti ristoranti e bar a piedi. Il grande transito (bus) si ferma anche a distanza di cammino.

超預期得酒店式公寓，帶有廚房的， 停車場也好多層，停車每次進去會有一道門、需要先去前台登記車子車牌號、進去後停車場那個門會自動開啟，附近出行也方便； 早餐的東西雖然很少、但是食材質量很好，酒店房間也很安靜、很少遇見住客，偶爾遇見住店客人還遇了帶着狗狗、這個酒店可以帶寵物、不知道是不是要先預約呢？ 酒店內的房間裏的設施也很齊全，挨着馬路但是沒有任何超雜音，住過很多五星級酒店，但是這家確實是一次很愉快的入住體驗，以後還會再來。

Molto vicino all'Università UW, il supermercato della metropolitana è molto conveniente.La stanza è molto ampia e è molto attenta al design, non solo la secchezza del bagno, ma anche il letto e il bagno sono separati da biancheria e camicie televisive per evitare disturbi.Soprattutto ama il pigiama dell'hotel, dal colore alla qualità, è troppo comodo,

Like many others have said, don't stay on highway side. This motel is literally right next to a highway?!. Staff was nice, place was clean. Crime must be an issue as everything requires a key card to access. The front door is also permanently locked. The room was great. A comfortable size with a couch, large desk and a mini kitchen with a standard size fridge! Many conference rooms and a social calender makes this geared towards long stay business types and conventioneers.
