Hotel in zona Seattle Metaphysical Library, Seattle

It's hard to rate a motel like this. If I rate it alongside the upscale motels in Seattle with all kinds of amenities, I'd give this motel one star. If I rated it as a motel that cuts all the fat off a luxury stay and just offers you the least amenities for the lowest price, I would give this motel 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine. There was no breakfast, but there was coffee in your room, and in the lobby, and that's it.

Our power was out due to a snow storm and our disabled daughter was at home sick. We quickly looked for a hotel ~10 minutes from our house that was reasonably priced and booked your hotel. The plan was for my husband and daughter to spend the afternoon there so she could be comfortable and I could take several important client calls without distractions. We called to ask for an early check-in, explaining the situation, practically begging to be allowed in early (even to a community space such as a business center or gym) and were flatly refused. My husband forgot the CC when he went to check-in and because it was my card (that we use to get miles) I had to go down to check-in. The man (pretty sure his name was Zach) at the front desk was very inhospitable. He asked, clearly suspicious, me if I was getting the room for other people, I said “No, my husband booked the room with my card”. He then proceeded to tell me that if there was heavy foot traffic to our room that we would be kicked out without refund. I remained calm and said “I realized this location might see some unsavory things but that we were just a family who hasn’t had power for 14 hours”. He continued in a condescending tone, “I’m just telling you our policy. And your room was already flagged as suspicious because it was booked for two people and now I find out it’s a family”. I started to explain that it was only ever supposed to be two people, my husband and daughter for the afternoon but this man did not care and I did not need to justify why I was spending $120 on a hotel room. The hotel clearly had many vacant rooms (the blinds were open and the rooms dark) which only further frustrated us as they clearly could have accommodated an early check-in. My husband and daughter spent a total of 20 minutes in the room. Long enough for her to have a snack and change her diaper. He collected their things and I went back to check out—I did not want my husband or daughter anywhere near that man with his “guilty until proven innocent” attitude. I would rather have our daughter at our cold (but safe) house than have her spend another minute at your hotel. The ugly way we were treated and Zach’s implied accusations made my sick to my stomach. If that is how you treat us (white, upper middle class) I can only imagine how poorly you treat people with less privilege. It’s appalling, as if no one could possibly be at your hotel for a legitimate purpose because of its location. That is not what this community needs. Thankfully, our power came back on right at bedtime. We will never give our money to any of your locations ever again.

Buona per la posizione e il servizio.Il confortante è davvero molto comodo.Questo ragazzo crea un nuovo modo di confortare (non così pesante e nuovo design di fogli) sulle questioni di sonno.Sembra che mi incontro per promuovere l'era, potrei avere una bevanda gratuita in piedi una notte. La stanza è comoda, piccola e costosa, e le shopping intorno sono comode per mangiare e bere, nella zona universitaria, c'è un ambiente senza casa

Una grande esperienza.. ma non mi piaceva come mi trattassi con la guardia di sicurezza che mi accusava di trafficare persone, quando era solo me e la mia famiglia. E come ho trattato dopo di me di dire che non potevo prenotare un'altra notte per le false accuse e ipotesi della guardia di sicurezza, che potrebbe costare a me e alla mia famiglia di non avere un posto per stare a notte e rovinare il mio nome. Il manager non è mai tornato a me

Nice stay in Seattle. Location was so nice and quiet. But no bathrobe so make sure to bring sleep wear.

Quite expensive, hotel room is ok but not ready when we check in at 3-4pm, excellent location tho. You can probably find a better hotel with this price

PRO: Hotel molto ben arredato, con personale caloroso della reception. Il letto era meravigliosamente comodo e mi è piaciuto il lavello della cucina e le dotazioni del microonde! La camera sembrava pulita e carina. Navetta facile per l'aeroporto. CONTRO: le nostre chiavi non funzionavano e siamo tornati per prenderne di nuove. Il secondo set ha funzionato ma c'era già qualcun altro nella stanza! Ehi! Ci è stata assegnata un'altra stanza e andava bene, ma stamattina qualcun altro (ospite? Personale delle pulizie?) ha aperto la nostra porta senza bussare ed è stato sorpreso di vederci. Eeeek!!! Il personale era imbarazzato e si è scusato. Sembra che il personale precedente abbia completamente rovinato le chiavi e le assegnazioni della stanza. Speriamo solo un problema di una volta. Ma fai attenzione e chiudi a doppia serratura la tua porta e metti la tua privacy, per favore registrati! La colazione è composta da cereali, bagel, succo di frutta, banane, arance e ”prodotto” di yogurt zuccherato. Sono senza glutine e cerco di evitare un sacco di zucchero, quindi sono pignolo, ma una proteina come alcune uova sode e formaggio a pasta filata sarebbe così bella. Ho mangiato una banana. La hall e la sala colazione venivano pulite con prodotti chimici dall'odore forte mentre facevamo colazione alle 8:30. Ci sono così tante opzioni più sicure disponibili! Incoraggio l'hotel a rinunciare ai profumi ea utilizzare prodotti Safer Choice certificati EPA e meno tossici per le persone.

La posizione e il comfort sono stati i principali attributi di questo hotel, ma le opzioni di cena sono state chiuse alle 11:00 e con un volo tardivo in questo rendeva difficile. Il personale si rifiutò di aiutare a prendere i prezzi ordinati dopo le 11:00 e dovevamo lasciare il nostro hotel per prendere la consegna.
