Hotel in zona Ross Playground, Seattle

It's hard to rate a motel like this. If I rate it alongside the upscale motels in Seattle with all kinds of amenities, I'd give this motel one star. If I rated it as a motel that cuts all the fat off a luxury stay and just offers you the least amenities for the lowest price, I would give this motel 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine. There was no breakfast, but there was coffee in your room, and in the lobby, and that's it.

Our power was out due to a snow storm and our disabled daughter was at home sick. We quickly looked for a hotel ~10 minutes from our house that was reasonably priced and booked your hotel. The plan was for my husband and daughter to spend the afternoon there so she could be comfortable and I could take several important client calls without distractions. We called to ask for an early check-in, explaining the situation, practically begging to be allowed in early (even to a community space such as a business center or gym) and were flatly refused. My husband forgot the CC when he went to check-in and because it was my card (that we use to get miles) I had to go down to check-in. The man (pretty sure his name was Zach) at the front desk was very inhospitable. He asked, clearly suspicious, me if I was getting the room for other people, I said “No, my husband booked the room with my card”. He then proceeded to tell me that if there was heavy foot traffic to our room that we would be kicked out without refund. I remained calm and said “I realized this location might see some unsavory things but that we were just a family who hasn’t had power for 14 hours”. He continued in a condescending tone, “I’m just telling you our policy. And your room was already flagged as suspicious because it was booked for two people and now I find out it’s a family”. I started to explain that it was only ever supposed to be two people, my husband and daughter for the afternoon but this man did not care and I did not need to justify why I was spending $120 on a hotel room. The hotel clearly had many vacant rooms (the blinds were open and the rooms dark) which only further frustrated us as they clearly could have accommodated an early check-in. My husband and daughter spent a total of 20 minutes in the room. Long enough for her to have a snack and change her diaper. He collected their things and I went back to check out—I did not want my husband or daughter anywhere near that man with his “guilty until proven innocent” attitude. I would rather have our daughter at our cold (but safe) house than have her spend another minute at your hotel. The ugly way we were treated and Zach’s implied accusations made my sick to my stomach. If that is how you treat us (white, upper middle class) I can only imagine how poorly you treat people with less privilege. It’s appalling, as if no one could possibly be at your hotel for a legitimate purpose because of its location. That is not what this community needs. Thankfully, our power came back on right at bedtime. We will never give our money to any of your locations ever again.

L'hotel è in generale una grande posizione e sicuramente paga per questo. L'alloggio, la zona di attesa, ecc. sono super belle. Le camere dall'altra parte mentre pulite hanno date/sottoporre letti che non sono grandi. Il letto era abbastanza pulito e confortevole, ma non direi niente di meglio del tuo hotel di alloggio standard. Il cappello del giaciglio non si sdraia quasi il peso della camera in sicurezza su di esso e la porta in sicurezza non si fermerebbe così che era mal posizionato. Il mio più grande flusso è il bagno per 175+ dollari a notte, mi aspetto un bel bagno senza spot. Il vento del bagno non funzionava nemmeno e non aveva alcun modo di cambiarlo. Il tetto era molto basso e cazzo di pannelli di tipo ufficio e aveva un spracciatore di fuoco sul tubo! Le pareti di terrazza, di sopra e di doccia sono marmo che è bello, ma non credo che il personale sappia come prendersi cura del marmo perché la mia stanza, e due dei miei altri amici erano tutte le stesse bagni, la marmo aveva un colore giallo/verde. La testa del doccia era terribile e necessitava di sostituire. In generale, paghi per la posizione come si cammina a piedi dal mercato Pike e altre cose in basso città, ma per il prezzo gli ordini dell'hotel non sono sicuri di meritarlo. Non è un posto orribile, e funzionava e era pulito solo aspettato più di alloggi in camera.

La mia ragazza di uno studente internazionale di tre anni a Seattle è venuta a Seattle per la seconda volta. Ho prenotato lo Sheraton Dt. Perché abito vicino all'hotel, l'ho provato. Non è una stagione turistica. Ho anche visto che non esiste un Ctrip adatto. La velocità del check-in è veloce e non ci sono problemi a registrarsi. Siamo stati per tre notti tranne che per la posizione e il resto è stato perfetto. Anche il prezzo è molto ragionevole. È tranquillo rispetto al centro. È vicino alla fabbrica Boeing. La stanza può ancora vedere gli aerei che non sono stati assemblati. Il lago al piano di sotto è molto tranquillo e bellissimo. Rimango a lungo in riva al lago ogni volta che sono di cattivo umore. L'unico neo è che la posizione è a 15-20 minuti dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Se vai a DT, ci vogliono 15 minuti. Bellevue impiega 15 minuti. Non è conveniente se puoi noleggiare un'auto. Se puoi noleggiare un'auto, è un'ottima posizione. Vai a puyallup e soggiorna in una famiglia. Se non hai niente da mangiare nelle vicinanze, ti consiglio un barbecue coreano a Renton dt. È a 10 minuti a piedi e si chiama Exit 5 Korean BBQ. C'è un negozio di tè al latte self-service lungo la strada ed è anche fantastico, DIY TEA LAB. The room we were assigned was in rough shape. The TV wasn't working, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and the mattress was old & uncomfortable. On top of all that, we could not connect to the internet and were told that the hotel's router would have to be reset, which in the time we had to check on it never occurred as far as I could tell.

Hotel aeroportuale confortevole e confortevole. La posizione è enorme, come è vicino all'aeroporto SEA, con molti luoghi alimentari intorno. Premessa: l'hotel NON offre il servizio di navetta come sponsorizzato qui su Trip.com. Questo è un dettaglio non da poco, dal momento che a Fairbanks taxi e Uber sono praticamente introvabili (oggi ho dovuto attendere un'ora e mezza prima di trovare un taxi che dall'aeroporto mi portasse qui). Sicuramente non avrei prenotato qui se avessi saputo questo dettaglio, quindi attenzione se non avete a disposizione un'auto (anche perché in zona non c'è praticamente nulla). L'hotel è pulito e molto essenziale in quello che offre. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e così il bagno, almeno per me che viaggio sola. A disposizione una scrivania, frigo (vuoto), microonde, tv, phon e ferro da stiro. Buonissimi i prodotti per l'igiene personale, compresa la crema corpo. Manca il dentifricio. Il wifi funziona bene, cosa essenziale soprattutto se volete ordinare cibo da asporto su GrubHub (in zona si trova solo un posticino che prepara bagel). Il letto king è enorme ma il materasso è morbidissimo, quasi si sprofonda. Un altro aspetto positivo è la tranquillità della zona... passano pochissime auto e gli unici rumori provengono dagli altri ospiti. Il check in anticipato costa 20 dollari.
