Hotel in zona Ross Park, Seattle

It's hard to rate a motel like this. If I rate it alongside the upscale motels in Seattle with all kinds of amenities, I'd give this motel one star. If I rated it as a motel that cuts all the fat off a luxury stay and just offers you the least amenities for the lowest price, I would give this motel 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine. There was no breakfast, but there was coffee in your room, and in the lobby, and that's it.

Our power was out due to a snow storm and our disabled daughter was at home sick. We quickly looked for a hotel ~10 minutes from our house that was reasonably priced and booked your hotel. The plan was for my husband and daughter to spend the afternoon there so she could be comfortable and I could take several important client calls without distractions. We called to ask for an early check-in, explaining the situation, practically begging to be allowed in early (even to a community space such as a business center or gym) and were flatly refused. My husband forgot the CC when he went to check-in and because it was my card (that we use to get miles) I had to go down to check-in. The man (pretty sure his name was Zach) at the front desk was very inhospitable. He asked, clearly suspicious, me if I was getting the room for other people, I said “No, my husband booked the room with my card”. He then proceeded to tell me that if there was heavy foot traffic to our room that we would be kicked out without refund. I remained calm and said “I realized this location might see some unsavory things but that we were just a family who hasn’t had power for 14 hours”. He continued in a condescending tone, “I’m just telling you our policy. And your room was already flagged as suspicious because it was booked for two people and now I find out it’s a family”. I started to explain that it was only ever supposed to be two people, my husband and daughter for the afternoon but this man did not care and I did not need to justify why I was spending $120 on a hotel room. The hotel clearly had many vacant rooms (the blinds were open and the rooms dark) which only further frustrated us as they clearly could have accommodated an early check-in. My husband and daughter spent a total of 20 minutes in the room. Long enough for her to have a snack and change her diaper. He collected their things and I went back to check out—I did not want my husband or daughter anywhere near that man with his “guilty until proven innocent” attitude. I would rather have our daughter at our cold (but safe) house than have her spend another minute at your hotel. The ugly way we were treated and Zach’s implied accusations made my sick to my stomach. If that is how you treat us (white, upper middle class) I can only imagine how poorly you treat people with less privilege. It’s appalling, as if no one could possibly be at your hotel for a legitimate purpose because of its location. That is not what this community needs. Thankfully, our power came back on right at bedtime. We will never give our money to any of your locations ever again.

Happy with my choose really good the room was great all the staff was amazing, has restaurants which is nice and service room, I went to couple Times to the gym. And I use the laundry room

Devo notare che ho soggiornato in tanti hotel che si trasferiscono dalla costa orientale alla costa occidentale, e sono stato molto sorpreso da alcune catene alberghiere. Questo hotel è stato un piacere!! Sono stato al servizio clienti per anni, e mi è stato sempre detto che potreste sapere chi è il manager solo per le loro competenze di leadership; immediatamente sapevo che Raj era il direttore generale. Il suo professionalismo, la sua precisione e le sue competenze di servizio clienti erano impeccabili; per molto il meglio che ho visto e che ho soggiornato in 25 hotel diversi durante questo viaggio. L'hotel stesso è anche meraviglioso, che riflette anche sulla gestione. Ogni impiegato del servizio frontale era eccellente, e apprezzo un po' di umorismo, e ne ho una da una giovane donna. Le camere sono immacolate e molto spaziose; ci sono molti posti per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze in termini di toletta, vino e molte altre cose. Puoi chiedere al dipartimento frontale tante domande e non solo ti daranno le risposte, ma ti faranno capire dove vai. L'intera squadra è stata vestita perfettamente, qualcosa che ho notato manca in altri hotel. Hotel aeroportuale confortevole e confortevole. La posizione è enorme, come è vicino all'aeroporto SEA, con molti luoghi alimentari intorno. È disponibile una navetta aereo complimentare, che parte ogni trenta minuti all'aeroporto, alle ore 00 e 30. Il personale eccezionalmente carino e utile dell’hotel, tuttavia, un conducente di navetta specifico era estremamente rude e senza problemi. Non ho catturato il suo nome. Non mi ha mollato di aiutarmi con le valigie e all’aeroporto non ha mollato nemmeno di portare fuori le valigie. Anche la navetta è andata completamente, quindi alcuni passeggeri hanno dovuto stare in piedi. Le camere erano molto pulite, ma un po' antiquate. Poiché l'hotel è grande, ci sono due strutture fitness disponibili, molto conveniente. Ho avuto una camera da letto con balcone, che è un bel toccamento. Premessa: l'hotel NON offre il servizio di navetta come sponsorizzato qui su Trip.com. Questo è un dettaglio non da poco, dal momento che a Fairbanks taxi e Uber sono praticamente introvabili (oggi ho dovuto attendere un'ora e mezza prima di trovare un taxi che dall'aeroporto mi portasse qui). Sicuramente non avrei prenotato qui se avessi saputo questo dettaglio, quindi attenzione se non avete a disposizione un'auto (anche perché in zona non c'è praticamente nulla). L'hotel è pulito e molto essenziale in quello che offre. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e così il bagno, almeno per me che viaggio sola. A disposizione una scrivania, frigo (vuoto), microonde, tv, phon e ferro da stiro. Buonissimi i prodotti per l'igiene personale, compresa la crema corpo. Manca il dentifricio. Il wifi funziona bene, cosa essenziale soprattutto se volete ordinare cibo da asporto su GrubHub (in zona si trova solo un posticino che prepara bagel). Il letto king è enorme ma il materasso è morbidissimo, quasi si sprofonda. Un altro aspetto positivo è la tranquillità della zona... passano pochissime auto e gli unici rumori provengono dagli altri ospiti. Il check in anticipato costa 20 dollari.
