Hotel in zona The Magnuson Community Garden, Seattle

Il manager ha avuto un grande aiuto nel correggere un errore sul mio conto. C'è stato un errore sul mio conto e ha superato e oltre per aiutare a risolvere. Apprezzo molto l'hotel per il loro aiuto.

Ho appena finito un soggiorno di una notte all'Hotel Woodmark. Che piacere. Bella posizione sul lago Washington. Ci siamo salutati con bicchieri di bollito, e anche hanno ospitato un check-in un po' precoce. Serena, lussuoso lobby con vista sul lago. La nostra camera aveva anche una vista sul lago (nessun balcone, troppo freddo a Nov.). Letti incredibilmente confortevoli, e così tranquilli. Aveva piatti a fuoco, e una bella zona di docce da camminare intorno. Mangiavamo al Grand Bistro nel complesso, che era eccellente. Avete anche goduto di Starbucks e di Carillon Kitchen (ma ospitato al Como italiano, era molto brutto quando camminavamo portando i nostri caffè, non ci ha mangiato fuori), ha avuto un spettacolare sole. In un clima più caldo ci sono biciclette e caiacchi gratis. Ci è un mini frigo, ma non un colazione gratis. Le campane Carillon fanno anello ogni mezz'ora, ma non per notte. -) Lei paga anche $23 per il parcheggio e un costo di 25 dollari per il ristorante, ma questo è il prezzo per il lusso, suppongo.

Our power was out due to a snow storm and our disabled daughter was at home sick. We quickly looked for a hotel ~10 minutes from our house that was reasonably priced and booked your hotel. The plan was for my husband and daughter to spend the afternoon there so she could be comfortable and I could take several important client calls without distractions. We called to ask for an early check-in, explaining the situation, practically begging to be allowed in early (even to a community space such as a business center or gym) and were flatly refused. My husband forgot the CC when he went to check-in and because it was my card (that we use to get miles) I had to go down to check-in. The man (pretty sure his name was Zach) at the front desk was very inhospitable. He asked, clearly suspicious, me if I was getting the room for other people, I said “No, my husband booked the room with my card”. He then proceeded to tell me that if there was heavy foot traffic to our room that we would be kicked out without refund. I remained calm and said “I realized this location might see some unsavory things but that we were just a family who hasn’t had power for 14 hours”. He continued in a condescending tone, “I’m just telling you our policy. And your room was already flagged as suspicious because it was booked for two people and now I find out it’s a family”. I started to explain that it was only ever supposed to be two people, my husband and daughter for the afternoon but this man did not care and I did not need to justify why I was spending $120 on a hotel room. The hotel clearly had many vacant rooms (the blinds were open and the rooms dark) which only further frustrated us as they clearly could have accommodated an early check-in. My husband and daughter spent a total of 20 minutes in the room. Long enough for her to have a snack and change her diaper. He collected their things and I went back to check out—I did not want my husband or daughter anywhere near that man with his “guilty until proven innocent” attitude. I would rather have our daughter at our cold (but safe) house than have her spend another minute at your hotel. The ugly way we were treated and Zach’s implied accusations made my sick to my stomach. If that is how you treat us (white, upper middle class) I can only imagine how poorly you treat people with less privilege. It’s appalling, as if no one could possibly be at your hotel for a legitimate purpose because of its location. That is not what this community needs. Thankfully, our power came back on right at bedtime. We will never give our money to any of your locations ever again.

It's hard to rate a motel like this. If I rate it alongside the upscale motels in Seattle with all kinds of amenities, I'd give this motel one star. If I rated it as a motel that cuts all the fat off a luxury stay and just offers you the least amenities for the lowest price, I would give this motel 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine. There was no breakfast, but there was coffee in your room, and in the lobby, and that's it.

Almeno una buona vacanza in questo hotel. Ho soggiornato lì due volte (una volta con mio marito e l'altra sola) e ogni volta che sono molto alloggiati. L'hotel è molto grande, e il tubo caldo è stato aperto durante l'inverno. Mi piaceva il modo in cui il personale mi ha lasciato controllare in poche ore prima, con l'aggiornamento della mia stanza per solo $10. L'hotel ha un vecchio stile, che può mettere fuori alcune persone, ma non mi preoccupa.

L'hotel è in generale una grande posizione e sicuramente paga per questo. L'alloggio, la zona di attesa, ecc. sono super belle. Le camere dall'altra parte mentre pulite hanno date/sottoporre letti che non sono grandi. Il letto era abbastanza pulito e confortevole, ma non direi niente di meglio del tuo hotel di alloggio standard. Il cappello del giaciglio non si sdraia quasi il peso della camera in sicurezza su di esso e la porta in sicurezza non si fermerebbe così che era mal posizionato. Il mio più grande flusso è il bagno per 175+ dollari a notte, mi aspetto un bel bagno senza spot. Il vento del bagno non funzionava nemmeno e non aveva alcun modo di cambiarlo. Il tetto era molto basso e cazzo di pannelli di tipo ufficio e aveva un spracciatore di fuoco sul tubo! Le pareti di terrazza, di sopra e di doccia sono marmo che è bello, ma non credo che il personale sappia come prendersi cura del marmo perché la mia stanza, e due dei miei altri amici erano tutte le stesse bagni, la marmo aveva un colore giallo/verde. La testa del doccia era terribile e necessitava di sostituire. In generale, paghi per la posizione come si cammina a piedi dal mercato Pike e altre cose in basso città, ma per il prezzo gli ordini dell'hotel non sono sicuri di meritarlo. Non è un posto orribile, e funzionava e era pulito solo aspettato più di alloggi in camera.

L'hotel è situato a Seattle, vicino alla torre spaziale e al mercato di Parker, vicino alla stanza e pulito. Ci sono bagni, lavanderia e altri oggetti. L'acqua calda è buona per tutti

Grande luogo in termini di posizione. Personale molto utile. Il vero basso era la pulizia.Anche se la nostra stanza era pulita a buon livello, la zona pubblica non era. Uno dei camere opposti aveva un guanto nero scaricato fuori sul pavimento per due giorni. Anche per gli ascensori del 26° piano c'era una tazza di caffè scaricata sul tavolo, che era lasciata lì quando siamo arrivati e ancora lì quando abbiamo controllato.
