This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)- The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. Vrbo should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".- Pet are welcome! Please note we charge $150 for each pet per stay.- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.- Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.PLEASE be respectful of our neighborhood. Just a heads up that for this property, the neighbors can be sensitive to noise from large gatherings in the backyard so please be mindful of that so they won't complain of the noise.
