Hotel a Seattle,

pulito, sicuro e confortevole. Il parcheggio non è costoso. La posizione è buona per accedere ai ristoranti e a molte belle viste. E il personale è amichevole e utile. Mi piace Seattle e l'hotel.

Stavamo cercando di trovare a Seattle una scelta ragionevolmente prezzista per la nostra notte scorsa delle vacanze incrociate, e avrei pagato il doppio per rimanere in un luogo decente dopo la nostra esperienza. Il personale era buono, i proprietari erano un po' a posto, ma la donna che ci ha controllati era più che piacevole. Tuttavia, questo hotel è molto depressivo. Era l'ultima notte di un viaggio molto lungo per noi e ha messo un amortizzatore alla fine del nostro viaggio. L'intero edificio, comprese le camere degli ospiti, puzza di fumo di stale. Il mio indovinare è che non ha ottenuto un significativo aggiornamento dal 80s. Ma in generale, è come passare in un warp del tempo. La nostra spalla era tinita, l'ombra della lampada sul pavimento era rotta e svanita. Solo circa tutto il posto è obsoleti e battuto. Possiamo sentire passi alti dalla stanza sopra di noi al mattino per un buon tempo di due ore. Finalmente mi sono arreso a dormire, sembra che ci siano un buon numero di locatori a lungo termine qui (che entrano attraverso un'entrata separata nella parte posteriore attraverso il parcheggio), e ci sono stati diversi che si sono fermati a fumare quando siamo entrati. La donna del dipartimento di fronte mi ha detto di cercare di trovare un parcheggio davanti o dietro l'hotel perché non tutti i luoghi hanno telecamere di sicurezza. L’intero hotel deve essere ridotto e remodelato, ma dato l’area in cui sono probabilmente ancora non sarebbe di attrarre la clientela che hanno bisogno di recuperare i loro costi. Questo posto non vale certo ciò che hanno il nervo da pagare.

Una grande esperienza.. ma non mi piaceva come mi trattassi con la guardia di sicurezza che mi accusava di trafficare persone, quando era solo me e la mia famiglia. E come ho trattato dopo di me di dire che non potevo prenotare un'altra notte per le false accuse e ipotesi della guardia di sicurezza, che potrebbe costare a me e alla mia famiglia di non avere un posto per stare a notte e rovinare il mio nome. Il manager non è mai tornato a me

Our power was out due to a snow storm and our disabled daughter was at home sick. We quickly looked for a hotel ~10 minutes from our house that was reasonably priced and booked your hotel. The plan was for my husband and daughter to spend the afternoon there so she could be comfortable and I could take several important client calls without distractions. We called to ask for an early check-in, explaining the situation, practically begging to be allowed in early (even to a community space such as a business center or gym) and were flatly refused. My husband forgot the CC when he went to check-in and because it was my card (that we use to get miles) I had to go down to check-in. The man (pretty sure his name was Zach) at the front desk was very inhospitable. He asked, clearly suspicious, me if I was getting the room for other people, I said “No, my husband booked the room with my card”. He then proceeded to tell me that if there was heavy foot traffic to our room that we would be kicked out without refund. I remained calm and said “I realized this location might see some unsavory things but that we were just a family who hasn’t had power for 14 hours”. He continued in a condescending tone, “I’m just telling you our policy. And your room was already flagged as suspicious because it was booked for two people and now I find out it’s a family”. I started to explain that it was only ever supposed to be two people, my husband and daughter for the afternoon but this man did not care and I did not need to justify why I was spending $120 on a hotel room. The hotel clearly had many vacant rooms (the blinds were open and the rooms dark) which only further frustrated us as they clearly could have accommodated an early check-in. My husband and daughter spent a total of 20 minutes in the room. Long enough for her to have a snack and change her diaper. He collected their things and I went back to check out—I did not want my husband or daughter anywhere near that man with his “guilty until proven innocent” attitude. I would rather have our daughter at our cold (but safe) house than have her spend another minute at your hotel. The ugly way we were treated and Zach’s implied accusations made my sick to my stomach. If that is how you treat us (white, upper middle class) I can only imagine how poorly you treat people with less privilege. It’s appalling, as if no one could possibly be at your hotel for a legitimate purpose because of its location. That is not what this community needs. Thankfully, our power came back on right at bedtime. We will never give our money to any of your locations ever again.

It's hard to rate a motel like this. If I rate it alongside the upscale motels in Seattle with all kinds of amenities, I'd give this motel one star. If I rated it as a motel that cuts all the fat off a luxury stay and just offers you the least amenities for the lowest price, I would give this motel 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine. There was no breakfast, but there was coffee in your room, and in the lobby, and that's it.

Quindi... No. Grande. Un bel vecchio edificio con (lo sento) un buon ristorante, ma è così. Non vuoi rimanere qui. Le camere sono LOUD. Non hanno mai, mai sostituito le finestre. È letteralmente così alto che quando sei nella tua stanza con le finestre chiuse, giurerai che erano aperte! Non è un'eccessiva eccessione. Dovremmo controllare che fossero chiusi tutto il tempo. E mentre mi rendo conto che sono in città, non c'è scusa. Recentemente siamo stati a Vienna in mezzo a una zona occupata della città, avevamo TRIPLE messo finestre e quando erano chiuse, letteralmente non potevi sentire una cosa! Inoltre, l'hotel è un po' in cammino. Sbattere le mosse e le porte, dipingere le vernici, dipingere i tappeti sporchi nell'ascensore, le nostre tende erano attaccate dalla barriera. Inoltre, usano solo l'ascensore originale e spesso non funziona (non è consentito ”tenere” una porta dell'ascensore o romperà) - non scherzare.Questo porta a salire 4 o più voli di scala tardi alla notte. Non è che l'edificio sia vecchio - il problema è che non è mantenuto. Bevete qui (forse) ma restate altrove. Non saremo mai tornati.

Il servizio della stanza è molto soddisfatto dell'ambiente La mancanza di una tassa di destinazione è che il buono da pranzo non deve essere coperto. Un'altra tassa di parcheggio $57 per una notte, deve essere pagata da solo. Le tasse di alloggio per due notti sono quasi raggiunte per tre notti.

10/10 per tutto, personale di servizio frontale, persone di porta, custodia, servizio in camera tutto in alto. Amo tutto su questo hotel il servizio è il migliore che abbiamo ricevuto in un hotel 5 stelle. , amava il modo di servizio in camera che ha messo la nostra tavola in camera con un vaso di fiori e i piccoli cioccolatini. Grazie per l'aggiornamento la nostra vista è stata deliziosa. Ogni membro del personale ci ha incontrato dove cortese e utile così piacevole.

Il classico Felmon, molto sapore, la posizione è anche buona come sempre. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto diverso. Il parcheggio auto è 45 pezzi al giorno, è ancora buono. Gli altri aiutano a parcheggiare 70 pezzi al giorno. La piscina inizia alle cinque del mattino e termina alle nove della sera
