Newly remodeled, basement apartment in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood known to locals as "the center of the universe". Bright, comfortable and clean and very private with a separate entrance , the apartment is 10 minutes away from the University of Washington, Downtown, South Lake Union within walking distance of some of Seattle's best restaurants, cafes, bars, live music, grocery stores, and boutiques as well as Go ogle & Tableau offices and the Fremont canal where you can sit by the water. This is a newly remodeled basement apartment under our home. we performed a studs out renovation in late 2018 and remodeled the bathroom in November 2019. Home Features: -Professionally cleaned with fresh linens and towel for each stay. -Kid friendly amenities such as toys, booster seat, kids utensils and child proof outlets. -Key less entry door in a private entrance. -Outdoor seating area beneath a covered awning. Living Room: -Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video -Retro SNES with two controllers and 20+ pre-loaded games -Large sectional that can recline into a bed Kitchen: -High end granite countertops and cabinets -Full sized appliances perfect for long term guests -Adult and children's dinnerware set -Coffee bar with drip coffee -Pots, pans, baking sheet -Kitchen utensils -Toaster Oven -Basic Spices and oils Master Bedroom: -Queen size pressure relief memory foam mattress -Microfiber bedding washed fresh for each guest -Wall mounted HD Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime -Partial water view of the canal -Pack and play crib and changing table -Desk and sitting area -Dresser and closet space Bedroom #2: -1 full bed with a memory foam mattress -1 twin bed with a hybrid memory foam and spring mattress - Humidifier -Large assortment of toys and games *Please note that this is a basement apartment. Please park on the street Sunday and Monday due to the trash having to be taken out. While we always do our best to be courteous with our footsteps especially outside of normal hours, you may occasionally hear footsteps above you. Also, because it is a basement in a 1940’s house, the ceiling height in most of the apartment is 6ft 8 inches although one part of the hallway to the master bedroom as well as the bathroom shower measure 6ft 5" Guest access The entire basement of our home. The unit features 2 full bedrooms including a spacious master with partial views of the canal. The unit is entirely sealed off from the main home for your privacy. Guests will also have access to an outdoor, paved seating area under outside of the unit as well as access to a long driveway leading up to the unit with space for 2 cars or 1 very long min-van. Street parking is available as well. Other things to note Fremont is a neighborhood filled with hills as are most of the major neighborhoods in Seattle. We have hosted families with infants as well as the elderly without any issues but there is a 1.5 block hill between the apartment and the main business district in Fremont. Registration number STR-OPLI-19-002742About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking allowed anywhere on the premise. There is a newborn in the surrounding premises..Please do not pull all the way up the driveway since it is hard to back out of. Only pull up to the bamboo poles placed half way up the driveway,Any stays longer than 30 days will be subject to an extra deep cleaning fee at check-out that is equal to 2x the base cleaning rate..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
