"The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious, even with four of us staying. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couple of things in the room needed updating, but nothing major. The room had great aircon, which we needed as the weather was hot this week & the whole floor was a good temperature including the corridor. We were on the second floor with sea view (well partial!) and the room was quiet. Slight negative is paying to park, but we knew that when we booked. We didn’t use the restaurant during our stay, so can’t comment on the food or service."

"I booked this hotel for a two night break. As my wife is disabled I booked an accessible room, unfortunately, on arrival we realised we had made a huge mistake. The bed was very low, which is good for wheelchair users but no good at all for my wife. I immediately went to the reception to explain the situation. The hotel was almost full but the amazing Chloe managed to find us a more suitable room. She delt with the situation in a cheerful and professional manner and really saved our trip as without the room change we would have had to return home. Thank you Chloe for coming to our rescue."
