Front desk person seems to not want to do their job. Poor costumer service. They were not friendly or helpful when we asked about bathroom amenities or other questions. The building needs to be remodel. The bathroom floor tiles move under your feet. The bed sounds like it will break when siting down. Compared to the Ramada in New York, this was a disappointing stay.

This hotel is very convenient for a Seattle layover. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location near the metro is a plus. The 20% discount at the nearby Denny's restaurant was a good perk. However, the front desk service was poor. They gave unclear instructions for the airport shuttle, assuming I knew the layout of the airport, and were hard to reach by phone, hanging up on me several times. Most concerning, they double-charged my credit card at check-in even though I had pre-paid through Trip.com. Thankfully, Trip.com's customer service was excellent. I reported the issue to them, and they quickly contacted the hotel and secured a full refund for the overcharge.

Room was very clean; but stains in hallway grossed me out. Staff were businesslike, meaning they didn't waste time on being pleasant. Ice machine didn't work and the laundry facilities were out of order. Beds were comfortable. Location is convenient to SeaTac (free shuttle), but if your trip has you driving to/from the hotel, count on getting your luggage up a small hill to get to the parking area. There was also an old kitcheny smell in the hallways of several floors.

Lobby smelling because you open the Thai and Chinese restaurant that make more smell at the lobby The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one . In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .

The food at the restaurant was very good! The bedroom was very spacious and water was hot. Free wifi worked and airport shuttle was almost on time.

Front desk person are not even smiling and no greetings from them. They are talking to us like they are mad. All hall ways smells nasty when u walk going to the elevator

Was in a shadier part of SeaTac unbeknownst to me until I pull up to their parking lot (which they wanted you to pay for and seen randoms. Looked like they were staying in their car, so if you do stay there make sure to lock your car doors out

The condition is so so, location is fine, very near to the airport. The breakfast is very expensive . Better not to have breakfast in this hotel.

Budget hotel. Okay for ~70 bucks a night, but wont pay any more.

She. We first got to the hotel we were told to wait for about 5 min while the manager Bree and the front desk receptionist were busy trying to figure something out. Which is normally ok, but the attitude that came with us waiting was seemingly rude. We had gotten our room keys went up to our room and our room is fair. No microwave, no safe, no amenities. My mom and were trying to explore the stairwell adjacent to our room. That was a bad idea. From the moment we opened the door and headed down the stairs there was human feces that someone had stepped on at some point and kept walking up the stairwell. Mom and I had to maneuver our way down the stairs around the human feces. Sure enough we get to the last level of the stairwell ready to run out the door, then we came across a huge pile of human feces in the corner of the door inside the stairwell. It was so gross. Not staying here anymore. Once I let the front desk know that night as soon as we see. It I let them know. The answer from the receptionist was beyond a professional answer. It was more of whining about what she does and doesn’t do and where she drew her boundaries. The day of check out was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We attempted to checked out before 11am which check out is at 12pm. My mom had remembered she left her coat hanging when we left the room and was headed back to the down to the lobby. She tried to open the hotel room with both the key cards they gave us but it started flashing red. So she heads down to the lobby and asks for a new key card. To her avail the key card did not work and mind you 1 elevator works and it could take between 5 mins to 15 mins for a lift in the elevator. So mom still couldn’t open the door, door still flashing red. I go check on my mom and she’s having a hard time going up and down the stairs.. she’s stage 5 kidney disease so it’s hard for her to get place to place especially if it’s up and down. So I run up to the room with a new card for the door still doesn’t work. 3x more up and down nothing. The front desk receptionist says “at this rate i won’t have anymore key cards for the guests… not my problem but thank you for sharing. So the 3rd time I was in the elevator and ran into front desk receptionist and tell her to please open my door. She did, I couldn’t wait to run out of that hotel as soon as I got my mom’s coat. The restaurant was great. Service was amazing, what was upsetting was hearing a bug zapper, zapping lots of bugs that are in the kitchen area. It made me want to stick to just drinking my wine. Other than that the restaurant was good.

No fridge, no microwave. Is close to stores and restaurants

My flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

Shuttle arrived quickly and the driver was amazing. Checkin was easy and wow, the bed was so comfortable!

The room wasn't even cleaned when we checked in. It's amazing. It's horrible
