The house has large upper and lower decks with a built in 6 person hot tub on upper deck. The decks overlook the fishing pond at Racoon Springs with its wrap around walking track, swingsets, basketball goal and 6 covered pavilions with grills and tables for outdoor dining. Master bath has large Jacuzzi tub with inline heater - as long as you have jets running, the water will stay warm while you watching your favorite show on the TV. The house has two master bedrooms with king size beds and two bedrooms with two sets of full over full bunkbeds on the third floor of the house. We are located just outside Marshall Arkansas; it’s about an eight minute drive to town where you can find several restaurants, a grocery store and even a drive in movie theater. The Buffalo National River is only about seven miles away and there are several places in the area where you can rent canoes for the day and take in some of the breathtaking scenery the river offers. Blanchard Spring Caverns is a car ride away, and just happens to be my favorite trout fishing spot. Branson Missouri is only 1.5 hours away. In the immediate area there are endless opportunities for hunting, fishing, hiking, swimming or just scenic driving.
