Counter seating for 4 is adjacent to the living area and 2 patio tables with seating for 10 is on the wrap around deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area to relax with a good book. There is a full size bathroom attached. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds with a full bath. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms open to the large deck. Enjoy listening to the waves of the ocean at night. *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
