Rough accommodations. A cabin would have been better. A lot of noisy traffic. Our room was on the second floor. Took a long time to get hot water. No mirror above bathroom sink. Requested one from office. Maintenance installed one. Bathroom fan didn't work. Maintenance man removed it and left a mess on the bathroom floor. No tissues provided and office didn't have any. No soap or shampoo provided. Had to go to office to get some. Not all the electrical outlets worked. No light bulbs in refrigerator or oven. No clock. Domestic disturbance all night long next door. Only positive was location.

Terrible customer service. A week before our arrival I called 3 different times to confirm our reservation. We booked through Hotel Planners, I called them to confirm our reservation twice, then I called the hotel directly to confirm again. The guest service agent attempted to convince me to cancel my room and rebook directly with the hotel. I told him I am fine with what I have and do not cancel my reservation. I said it to him 3 times and made him say it. Then I called hotel planners and confirmed with them again. I made them call the hotel to confirm. Upon driving to the hotel we got a confirmation text from hotel planners confirming our booking and welcoming us. We arrive at the hotel and the agent at the desk then tells us our reservation is canceled and then attempted to blame hotel planners for our reservation being canceled. When my wife showed him the text from hotel planners that we received 1 hour before our arrival he feigned ignorance. At this point another Agent intervened, and began a long winded explanation about booking with 3rd parties and how it works and that they are not responsible for what happens with 3rd party reservations. At this point I interrupted him and explained I have been in the hotel business for 14 years and nothing you just said is accurate. No one at the desk wanted to admit to canceling our reservation and instead they insisted we would have to pay them for a reservation we already paid for in advance. My wife was in desperate need to use the bathroom after our 3 hour drive to get there so we paid for one night out of pocket so she can use the bathroom and I called hotel planners to find out what's happening. When I called hotel planners they insisted the reservation was good. They called the hotel to reconfirm our booking the hotel insisted it was canceled and refused to allow hotel planners to rebook us and also refused to reinstate the reservation. The room had no closet, no hangers no place hang anything just a chest of drawers, a small table with 4 chairs and the smallest TV you will ever see....I have stayed in many hotels in my lifetime and have never been in one with a TV that small. It must have been a 20". You can barely see what's playing from the bed. The walls were stained, the fridge was iced over and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Upon check out we asked if we could leave our car for a couple of hours while we walk around and do a little shopping. They then tell us we will have to pay an additional $50 just to leave our car for 2 hours....I would not recommend this place at all....DO NOT STAY THERE if you have other options. They are condescending, unprofessional and lack compassion or empathy. And are not truthful at all....

The room was dark and dingy. The refrigerator was plugged it with an extension cord across the room. The shower had a used bar of soap in it. Toilet was gross not cleaned. Used towels on rack. In addition to the hotel room charge they charge an additional $20 hotel fee for what I don't know. Emailed them was told too bad read the fine print. Very rude would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There was a long hair in the microwave. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Other guests yelling at all hours of the night management said nothing.
