The exclusive holiday apartment "Strandzeit Schwerin" is located on an approximately 1000 m² plot overgrown with lawn, bamboo and bushes. The quiet location and stylish furnishings invite you to relax. The apartment offers 36 m² with terrace, large window and two skylights. The driveway and terrace are paved with granite. The combined living, dining and kitchen area was designed to be open. The bathroom is bright and friendly, with a shower, sink and toilet.
It contains the following equipment:
- Bathroom with shower
- a dining table with 4 chairs
- Fitted kitchen with electric hot plate
- Dishwasher
- microwave
- fridge with freezer
- Satellite TV
- 2-seater couch with table and chairs
- central heating
- Bikes if needed

Eine gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung mit netten Gastgebern. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr gut gelegen an einem schönem Sandstrand und sehr guten Anbindung zur Nahverkehr.

Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Seit Jahren schauen wir uns schöne Gegenden in den "neuen Bundesländern" an. Dieses Jahr war Schwerin das Ziel.Unsere Ferienwohnung in Zippendorf war genau das Richtige für unS:- absolut ruhige Lage abseits vom Lärm der Innenstadt- in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Stadt ( auch mit öffenlichen Verkehrsmitteln - Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke)- in ein paar Minuten ist man auf der Autobahn für Ausflüge nach Wismar und an die Ostsee- Highlight ist natürlich, dass man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am Sand-Badestrand istBesser kann man es mit einer Ferienwohnung nicht treffen

Einfach wunderbar
Es war alles super. Sehr netter Vermieter, sehr sauber und tolle Lage. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, 25 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, gab es kostenlos, bis Schwerin. Fahrradweg direkt am Schweriner See entlang.
Ein gelungener und entspannter Urlaub.
Wir wollen auf jeden fall wiederkommen.
