È la prima volta che recensisco direttamente un hotel! Il servizio di questo piccolo hotel è molto scadente. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza vicino al vecchio ascensore rumoroso. Ho comunicato con la reception per cambiare stanza. All'inizio diceva che non c'era spazio. Posso chiedere più soldi ? La reception ha detto che puoi cambiare la stanza per altri 20,10 euro Mi sono seduto sul divano alla reception dell'hotel e ho chiesto a Ctrip di aiutarmi a comunicare, e ho mentito dicendo che non c'era spazio (il servizio di Ctrip è molto buono e tempestivo) Non si tratta di 20 euro, siate onesti! Abbastanza banale... la TV non funzionava. L'addetto alla reception mi ha aiutato dopo che sono sceso per chiederle personalmente perché non ha risposto al telefono perché dato che era impegnata fuori a chiacchierare e fumare. Ridicolo come Uber sia disponibile qui ma molto difficile da utilizzare ei taxi sono l'unica opzione.

We used the hotel for one night only. Shuttle service at 4 am worked on time, it was 15 Euro per service. We were happy with the room and overall cleanliness.

Getting to the hotel from Vienna airport was unclear and difficult to do. Although the website for booking the hotel listed airport shuttle service as an amenity (one reason we chose to book this hotel), this was not true. With the help of 2 VIE airport help staff who called the hotel on our behalf, we finally arrived at the hotel by taxi, which the hotel paid.

Everything was good and the reception staff were super nice. The only thing that is worth pointing out is that the carpet had probably not been vacuumed for some time, very dirty but other than that we were happy.

This was just okay. Needed two connecting rooms for a long flight layover. They did not have connection rooms but gave us two rooms right across the hall from one another. Front desk attendant was not friendly and not rude, just blah. The rooms are very small. There is shower gel and hand soap in the rooms. Towels are very rough. The walls are very thin. We could hear babies crying all night and alarm clocks from other guests in the morning. The shower was super hot and it was hard to regulate temperature. We were happy to get snacks from the lobby. Only two people can ride on the lift at once. We opted to take the stairs. The shuttle service was late to pick us up for our flight and it costs 30 euros. No one was at front desk in the morning for checkout just drop off room keys and go.

The room was not clean, it was also noisy during the night. Other customers were also unhappy. The transfer to airport was not free, it was cheaper to call an Uber. I won’t book here again.

we stayed there before getting our flight back home. Very close to the airport. We asked the stuff about a place to eat, but he didn't give us any recommendations. the parking was full and we parked on the street. the room was reasonable for our needs.

Quite a distance to public transit lines. Room was okay in size and cleanliness.
