"we are business travellers and during Sunday in Europe, so we choose to visit the Neuschwanstien and this hotel is just few kilometers nearby.
The room is easy to check-in, clean and quiet. There's many restaurants around so there's no problems for eating"

"Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room."

MMiaomiao68房間不大，還算乾淨，正好在新天鵝堡的對面。餐廳不錯，可以吃晚餐。早餐也很好。這個酒店有160年歷史，前台都是老太太，很熱情。就是沒有電梯，行李要自己扛上去
